I don't remember seeing the Wave 4 Characters on the official Nintendo Amiibo lineup page , just yesterday the most up the date amiibo listed on the page was gold mario.

The webpages for the Wave 4 amiibos are not new what is new however their positioning on the page ,they are now ahead of Gold Mario just yesterday they weren't even there.

A slight change like this could mean that things will start soon , just letting everyone here be aware

Oh btw I talked to one of the workers there he said they SHOULD be doing another event thing like this again with the store exclusive ones in a few weeks. He said it would be the same thing, they're gonna tweet the day before about it.

No guarantees tho.
 
Great, my Best Buy Toad order was automatically cancelled because it "failed verification" even though my Credit Card was charged and I called yesterday to verify and reset my password.

They've had the flavor text seen on the Nintendo website on Newegg for a while.  I thought they updated this page a month ago, just not with Gold Mario.

Like i said , the wbepages and text themselves are not new what is different is their positioning ,in other words the webpage for the amiibi lineup was updated to include the wave 4 characters in front of Gold Mario.

The want to spread more awareness now ,What this could mean is that they are preparing inventory for the long overdue pre orders.

 
Not a joke, searching "Amiibo" on Amazon turns up no actual figures, "Amiibos" (with the extra 's' on the end) does. Not sure if it means anything or not, but weird.

 
What he said is true if you go to the main amazon page and type in the search bar "amiibo" none of them show up aisde from various amiibo accessories although if you type in something like "ness amiibo" they show up.

 
Was able to lock in a SMB Peach and Luigi at BBY, then realized I already had full pre-orders for the set at Amazon AND GameStop..oh well.

Just got caught up in the moment of 2 days in a row of being able to order something!

Yep, exactly. They added in Gold Mario before them, but the Wave 4 with a generic release date have been pretty consistent. JPN has Wave 4 on Apr. 29. U.K. has Wave 4 on Apr. 24, I think. We're right at 2 months before release, so have been expecting them to go up for preorder for a while now.

 
Was able to pick up another Toad from bestbuy earlier.  Keep hearing this one will be limited from the SMB series....though shipping of $2.99 killed it for me. 

I love to purchase from Target.com with 5% redcard discount and free shipping.  For those who don't have a Target RedCard, I highly recommend it.  It's free to sign up, no credit check required.  It just links from your bank.  All you have to do is provide checking account number.

It wouldn't let me process my order because my debit card expiration date is 9/2015. it must have to do with the release date of 12/2015 that was showing up on the site.
