I wouldn't brag too much. If you have GCU you can get the game from Best Buy and import the Yoshi Yarn amiibo for the same price as the bundle.

No thanks.   I'm not going to start buying full games I don't care about in order to get the amiibo.

It has happened though. People who weren't already going to buy these games have been brainwashed and conditioned.

I won't be buying the Chibi Robo bundle nor would I have bought the amiibo by itself. But I actually want to play Woolly World...so yeah.

 
It's funny, had Wooly World come out here at the same time as it did the rest of the world, I'd have bought it day 1 no doubt.  As much as I detest some of the nonsense Nintendo tries to pull with their 2D platformers, Kirby's Epic Yarn was an amazing experience and I would have loved to play a Yoshi game in the same vein.  But no, they decided to delay it like 1/3 of a year.  They hype/discussion is dead, I've seen tons of videos of all the good stuff, and at this point I can't justify breaking a $20 on this title.  And it looks like a lot of NAers are getting turned off by the poor reviews.

Not to mention the pure idiocy involved in delaying this enough so that it has to compete with MGSV and SMM.  Somebody fucked up at NoA, but I guess that's hardly news these days huh?

The green one isn't supposed to be sold alone. It's only supposed to be part of the bundle.

There's a giant green one that's, what? $30 or $40? I don't suppose there's any chance that TRU put that up and screwed up the price...

The 17.99 yoshi is NVLCYAAA. There is a 39.99 amiibo, too, NVLCYAAD.

Well got the chibi-robo game bundle from GameStop. Had to watch the trailer fist to even see what it was (it's 'cute')

I really don't understand why Best Buy doesn't have the bundles...now I'm locked in a BB for Mario Maker and a vanilla copy of Yoshi's WW for the pin set at the end of the year.

NO WAY am I buying two copies of Yoshi just to get the amiibo..my kid can pitch a fit all he wants. Times are tough down here in TX, especially when both people in the household work in the oil industry..

What's the brick & mortar situation looking like for Friday? Are we looking at midnight releases, first thing in the morning lining up, or nothing at all?

 
do you think the amiibo situation at amazon will be like they handled lucina/robin or paulatena? I hope it lasts a few minutes at least. The only ones missing for me right now are bowser Jr and Olimar, everything else was shipped from target

 
There was a rumor floating around a week ago about midnight opening of toys r us? Did people think the star wars toys release was that? Anybody hear of anything?

Thanks for the list! I'm glad to see there are so many Bowser Jrs available. Shouldn't need to rush to my local TRU. I can focus on getting some at Best Buy now.

Can you check the stock for TRU store # 5616..I just need Bowser Jr, Zero Suit, and Pikmin

 
I wonder in what way they figure the numbers to send? Based on population or previous amiibo sales? Maybe in store size? If i go on friday maybe I will ask them, probably wont tell me their secrets though.
 
They probably don't know at a store level that's normally something the distribution center would know. Normally it based on volume though.
 
Them Bowser Jr. Numbers though! Wonder if Dr. Marion will be a similar situation at Target might head to Tru and Target to check it out after work. Man this week has been kinda expensive i have been treating myself a little more than usual. Plus picking up 6 or 7 amiibo jeez.
