Warning about Amazon.de... be prepared to wait.  I ordered my remaining Wave 1 stuff a month ago and it still isn't here.  Tracking shows that it made it in/out of Canada at the beginning of the week (I'm in the US) and no detail since.  On the flip side, I ordered one Amiibo from Japan in the meantime and it only took a week to get here.

 
There are more Toon Links up for pre-order at walmart.com. Also looks like the wave is split between a February 6th release and a Feb. 20th release?

I bit on the Amazon.de ones too. I might still stalk best buy on release date to get an in package US set. I've opened all of mine but want an extra copy of the exclusive ones. Plus a back up in case my dogs get a hold of one.

Why Amazon.it does not have shulk/meta knight?

Sure they call it an "amiibo mode" but that's just another name for DLC. In this case "Amiibo mode" - aka DLC - are new game boards. It isn't a mode FOR your Amiibo, it's a gameboard your Amiibo unlocks. At that point all the regular characters can play on that board. Call it what you'd like, the fact is, Amiibo mode is on disc DLC that comprises of additional game boards that you can't play unless you buy their physical DLC characters.

I ordered the big 3 from amazon.de, on December 19th. They arrived December 23rd in flawless condition. I paid the extra for shipping which was around 10 bucks. Prolly gonna do this for rosalina/ meta knight too.

Customs problem? Had that happen to me once. Every other time its been in and out in a day or two, I just even ordered some Disney Infinity figures from a french retailer through Amazon US and it was here in barely 2-3 weeks. (And it was free basic shipping)

Cool site. Nice name. No offense at all intended, but could really use a modern facelift. Even allowing the "java" features didn't fix the css mess with the window not being fullscreen and all. Could just be my setup, but it hurt my brain trying to check it out. Nice to know that its run by a fellow CAG though! Look forward to checking it periodically!

I don't think its economical to produce those at the $13 series. You will get fans to buy them but then what? I think the reason why figurines cost so much in general is because they realize their audience is so niche at times. That and they're gonna risk overloading the market with what's essentially $13 DLC. It's alright now because they don't do much but you're gonna hear a lot more grumbling if they ever make it harder.

this might happen if you do the slow shipping. The faster shipping was sent ups and was delivered in only a few days. My lucario is being sent the slow way and there is no tracking and a 2 week delivery estimate so i'm a little worried about it. I would pay a little bit for the faster shipping in the future.

why buy disney infinity from france? are they cheaper there or out of stock here?

 
If they were going to do a Fire Emblem line (extremely unlikely) there are hundreds of characters they could use to avoid repeating characters.  Rarity aside, there really isn't enough demand for two kinds of Marths.

 
Sweet. Just ordered Marth, Meta Knight, Shulk, and Lucario from Amazon.de.  I am interested to see how this turns out.

If this is the only way I'll be able to obtain these figures then so be it.

Kind of frustrated that I still can't find an International retailer with Rosalina, Little Mac, Wii Fit Trainer, and Villager.  These other wave 3 figures also better become available at some point.

I can't believe what a mess this is when these things haven't even been out yet for two months.  So many of them never even really made it to retail outlets. 

 
Nintendo World said there's no official known release date for these things.

I get the feeling we're gonna get another Pit situation again where it just sneaks up on us.

The Wal Mart website shows Feb 6 for some and Feb 20 for others. So a possible indicator as to what to expect for releases.

Those aren't accurate, just dates they think they "might" get more stock. They did the same thing with Captain Falcon & I think Pit.

true but also there no release date yet so maybe they are going to release wave 3 and then have mario party amiibos come out and then wave 4 of SSB will follow those in a few months? so maybe like a may or june release?
