Thanks, I already left though, the cards are useless you don't need it just the receipt. They haven't received theirs yet or they're some where in the store.

I did pick up Luigi, his pose is horrendous!!! Seems they received 3 cases, 11 left at the TRU on Canyon Springs.

As of right now it is speculation on either side.
No one knows if they Will or will not reprint.

I hope they do, but if they do they'll kill the demand driving this crazy frenzy and shoot themselves in the foot.
 
Yeah how many additional ones are being picked up right now just due to speculation they might not be available later? I would guess a significant amount.

It would be interesting if they took a middle ground and released them as a second 'printing' where the packaging would show they were re-releases. That would at least somewhat appease the collectors who did spend more than msrp as well as make them available to those who did miss them.

Not sure how much more that would add to the production cost though. And then think about it - we would have to get all of THOSE as well. ;)

nintendo is either bad at guessing demand, or I think it's a ploy to keep MSRP up. Like how long was Fire Emblem full price? Same with Smash bros and a few others

 
Well, now I can sleep easy. I have all store exclusive amiibos locked in for pre-order. Though my adrenaline is still kicking in. Lame, I know. Night all.

I (or the system) borked my billing address so I had to reorder and cancel my first order to avoid the inevitable headache.

I was expecting a sold out message the whole time.

Lol. Deep breaths.

Now I'm off to snag a Luigi at TRU at 7am!
 
Yeah. Saw the Rosalina pre-order earlier than most. But did the right thing and only put in 1 pre-order for my daughter. None of this ordering multiples nonsense.
