I pre-ordered all of wave 3 at BestBuy.com myself, but my pre-order for the Lucario *TRU exclusive* amiibo was canceled.

TRU was the only store that was supposed to carry it in the US. I ended up placing an import pre-order through Amazon UK.

They should have sent you an email, click on the order number in the email and it should take you to the order page, where youll find a cancel item button somewhere there.

Personally, I've had nothing but headaches and bad experiences from GS and preorders, which is why I refuse to shop there. Nt sre how much better they would be.

Like many of you, I lost a lot of my preorders with TRU, but something tells me all retailers are getting burned.

Really pissed off with Nintendo and these retailers. Don't ing do store exclusives if you cannot honor your orders. I preordered Lucario the first day he was available and they allowed the preorder window to be how long and they reopened preorders online several more times. This is bullshit as they used to simply just remove a SKU from the site when they had no more. They still have this damn Amiibo on the site as if it will be available again. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they are canceling these things. What did they get...1000 or 5000? If so, don't allow in store preorders them and make it online only like many other toys. This is the most asinine launch I have ever seen and these store exclusives. You have 2 months to ensure Nintendon't can fulfill your preorder total and that should be your window. Don't oversell by re opening a window or allowing in store options.  Look at the way Target was able to have the Rosalina go out of stock with their online inventory checker. With that said, I totally expect Target to do the same thing as TRU as they are notorious for canceling. However, give us a reason why these orders are just being arbitrarily cancelled so we know? I am in total pissed off mode right now and calling TRU for compensation or assurances of getting this figure as we deserve the right to know before preordering anything from the assholes if they will even honor it. If you used Paypal, they already took the funds out when the order was placed so they had no problems charging for this even though they won't fulfill this.
