I have not, but the TRU in Jacksonville (Town Center) doesn't have them out. It's not worth it for me to check the other TRU nearby (OP). I figure if one doesn't have them out, all nearby stores are the same.

I'm assuming you mean Sheik, possibly, but Early signs point to yes. From what I've seen on Reddit, most TRU are gettings tons of Bowser and Toon Link, maybe a few Sheik.

If you mean Shulk, the GS exclusive, still unknown, not sure if this would be a good indication or not, but I'm seeing a lot of Luracrios, then again they could all be for preorders.

Just got back from Toys R Us.   Had a really fun experience there. 

I was able to score Bowser, Toon Link, Lucario, and Sheik.  I ran into two other dudes that arrived shortly after me and had just gotten the news as well.  We all created our stashes, picking from the shelves, and had some fun talking about the hobby.   When we left there was still one toon link, one sheik, one lucario, and a ton of Bowsers left on the wall.  We were talking about how excited the next guy coming in was going to be.  I left to check out but then came back to look in the aisle one more time.   The same employee that was helping and chatting with us proceeded to pull every piece of those four Amiibos from the shelf.  He said that I came just in time. He just got a call from an outside manager to remove them all from the sales floor.  So all the new Amiibos that were left were pulled and put away in the warehouse.

 
So many people that don't understand the definition of a 'street date'.   -_-

Really wish people would stop spreading misinformation on here regarding things they don't know.

All toys R us stores in the San Jose, CA area either haven't received or won't sell with the exception of sunnyvale. But Sunnyvale only has Bowser after being depleted of Toon Link and Shiek

 
Lots of Bowser, some Link (selling briskly), single empty peg for Sheik. Think I'll be going with the SMB Bowser and I need to stop buying somewhere so no Toon Link for me.
 
There were none at my TRU :( oh well I have them all preordered except rosalina. That's going to be what I end up trading my extras for I think... I did find a lonely Kaos trap though that I have a new home lol. Finally found that bugger. Missed that Amazon sale.

Well I just got an email that basically all the rare amiibos from Wave 1 and 2 are discontinued from B&H.  On a side note, they do have Mario Party 10 with the exclusive Mario amiibo for pre-order.

 
Sheik will be rare, just one of the character in zelda, sheik is nother special, no game, no one ever hear sheik until now. Bowser will be in mario party 10, I don't think bowser will be rare. Only I worry is stores exclusive and sheik and ike for now. Sonic and mega man will be around little longer, king dedede will be around longer with new kirby game. Toon link is 30% chance to be rare!
 
Nothing new at cottman TRU in NE Philly.
No time to check other stores before work.
I guess it's a fools hope that in store "card preorders" will get pulled before they hit the floor at this point.

I started out this way till i saw the european packaging and decided I like it better. I wouldnt get the Japanese one thou.
