No problem with my preorders at TRU. Went I at 7pm and they are holding all the preorders in back. They told me they won't have sheik until Monday.
 
Still wondering what time to get there. Obviously every store and city is different, but what's been everyone else's experience with Lucario? Someone in my city said there were 20 people lined up outside TRU. I planned on showing up to Target about 30 min prior, but is that too late?

I think the stereotype is what gets to people. Entitlement + poor hygiene = annoying. Hearing stories today about people who don't even really know what they're buying to resell is aggravating. As someone who is not averse to buying two of something to subsidize a personal purchase, I find career resellers annoying as shit.

Just like people who suck, they'll always be around, and there's not much we can do about it, but we don't have to like it.

 
Went in to my local TRU just before 1p due to work and they were already sold out, if they even had any. Only other wave 3 I saw was Bowser and there was plenty on the shelf. Hopefully I have more luck with target and GS w/ their exclusives.

 
My rosalina preorder arrived in the mail today.
In good, not great shape.
I am still going to try to get a better one that is ding free.
I wish I didn't care about packaging blemishes, but I do.

Yeah, that's understandable. and I'm right there with you with purchasing habits.

The difference between me and most other people is that I have absolutely no problem berating, condescending, and embarrassing gluttonous flippers in public. Also, at any of the B&M places I shop I would feel perfectly comfortable telling someone they aren't allowed to purchase the whole lot and then calling a manager over to shit on and end their parade. Any reasonable manager will agree once they understand the situation.

Trying to order a couple of hard to find amiibos on amizon DE but so far no one wants to ship to the US. What is the easiest way to know that seller will ship to States?

Struck out on lame-ass Lucario but my Pit just arrived from GameStop and the packaging was in mint condition...for 10 seconds or less, after which, I ripped him open and put him next to Lil Mac.
 
The shipping confirmation that Target sent me three days ago for Rosalina still doesn't have tracking information available from UPS. What the hell?

If only I could be privy to mass resellers! I seem to only occasionally get stuck in line behind impatient asssholes who feel entitled enough to try to involve the entire queue in their plights, which is its own kind of amusing.
 
WTF... my boss wants to come in to work sunday morning at 730. I normally don't have to be in until 11 am.

Looks like potentially no Rosalina for me either.
 
Got my Lucario, this one will stay in the packaging. Either hoping to get all 4 exclusives (The US versions) to keep in the packaging, or use them as trade bait incase I get screwed out of something in the future.

 
I got my toon link and sheik today from target, my sister just came up with a box from like 6hrs ago. Woot, i was expecting these tomorrow. Both came in perfect condition.
 
My local Target said that they have 6 Rosalina's to sell on Sunday. After seeing what happened today with Lucario, I guess I will plan to be there no later than 7am. I never thought I'd be a 29 year old man waiting an hour in the freezing cold to get a princess figurine haha

The manager at my local Target also told me that they will  have only Rosalina, Toon Link, Bowser, and Sheik on Sunday. I noticed some people on here saying that Target would have others but I don't believe that is the case. I am pretty sure that only these 4 will be available at Target Sunday. As others have pointed out, The Sheiks may have already been sold out at some Targets. I actually got a Sheik from Target already.

Yeah, I'm not expecting the others. Target's gotten them out before the other big box stores but that's like two weeks before they're rumored elsewhere.

Ha! If I knew that to be true, I really would sleep in. People didn't get to TRU today until 30 minutes before except for one guy who was there since sometime before 8am. We have like 5 Targets so hopefully all of the Amiibo hunters disperse evenly. I'm too much of a weenie to wait in the cold any longer than an hour.

 
As much as i hate ebay, i wouldnt mind getting them boxes to store these figures in that i'm not opening, since they would fit nicely.

 
I don't see much point in getting to Target any earlier than a few minutes before opening. Mine has two different entrances, and I can't see them handing out tickets or anything. Unless someone has heard different?

 
Caved in and got the Japanese versions of Ike, DeDeDe, Meta Knight, and Rosalina.  Still have to get U.S. version of Ike and want to get U.S. version of Rosalina (vs. Rosetta), but at least it's not so stressful if Target's sold out Sunday morning for Rosalina and whenever Ike comes out.  Hope I'm online and checking for the 15 minutes that Wave 4 will be up for preorder on Best Buy to get Lucina and Robin. :p
