It takes about a week from when you donate/vote (unsure which one).

Also, apparently any of the other rewards are not accumulative. As in, in order to get the fountain you have to donate an additional 500k bells, not 300k bells. I still need about 100k more in order to receive the fountain. :cry:

Damn thats insane. Its going to take forever to get all the village rewards.

I'd love to come over to someone's town if their gates are open. I don't really have anything to do in my town because Nook's is closed.
 
Im sort of new to the town visiting stuff outside of my group of friends. Someone explain how exactly it works...Can I join someones town by only adding them to MY list? or do i have to give my info to them as well. some posts on here telling people to "come visit" makes it sound like its a quick and easy thing....info?

Man, I just got off a lucky streak with fish just now. I caught a football fish, squid, and red snapper within 30 minutes.

Also, my turnip prices are currently 115 bells.
 
I like catching the bitterlings. They are easy to spot (tiny in river) and sell for 900 bells. I caught a bunch today, with one being a goldfish which sells for more 1,300! So yeah. Otherwise when i fish in the sea i always get sea bass, Dab, Horse Mackerel, and other fish worth hardly anything.

Yeah, I find I get more money fishing in the river. I love those Pond Smelts!

I just got my black friday order in so far the games pretty good I had to restart a few times to get the face I wanted I tried looking up a guide on that, but couldn't find one luckily it took two restarts to get the face I liked.

So far I'm enjoying myself can't wait for it to snow in my town like it's snowing outside here.

It was 70something before noon, and then 100 even after.

But I was just at Nook's to buy everything before he closed and noticed that he's now buying turnips for 123. Does he change the buying price at 12AM too? I'm going to be so mad if I'm just discovering this now! And I'm quite sure it was at 100 earlier because I took note of it being an even number.

Never mind, it was 123 this morning. So probably 2 different prices per day, changing at 12.

Ah, I didn't think of that. I wanted to start a new character... so I'm not tempted to order a bunch of furniture from my catalog. And if I really want something... I can just transfer the character.

But I'm lazy, and I don't want to be Nook's slave and such again for the transferred character. So if you could order both items, I'd be very appreciative.

I think I need to add you though, I forgot a handful of people that I still need to add when I get the time... I'll PM you once I do.

So the turnip prices change during the day, eh? I only checked yesterday and it was crappy. I bought them at 110 Sunday - I'm probably boned...

So, ever since someone sent me a slingshot I have not seen a SINGLE present. They taunted me endlessly last week :bomb:.

When you order something... does it come right away when you open your gates and a visitor arrives? Like AC:WW?

If so, order my stuff and I'll come pick it up. ;)

I finally have a Nook n' Go, but that jerk STILL won't sell me an Axe or a Slingshot for some reason. What gives? I also have a single Coconut tree which I harvested.

Oh, and Turnip Prices are currently at 42 bells per Turnip. So...yeah...don't come here to sell Turnips.
