Amazon 

Amazon tends to offer lower everyday prices on their anime, and often run sales on Funimation items routinely. Keep track on your favorites or check your daily deal's for a possible 5% off of some based off your history on Amazon. 

(Also, I'd also recommend to check out Amazon's top 100 deals in Anime Bluray/DVD as they tend to show what's popular, or what is on sale.)

Known by many for their bad customer service, they often make up for it with their lower prices on a lot of their items. This and they routinely run sales specifically for anime.

I highly suggest when you order from them to only order in stock items, and not ones that are backordered. Save yourself the displeasure of having to deal with the headaches. And patience is a must with these sites.

It's exclusive in the sense that it will have a "premium finish" or something along those lines. It's going to feature the same artwork that will be released for retail, though.

Hopefully FUNi showcases what the Kickstarter CE box will look like before the 30th so I know whether or not to cancel my pledge. The tarot cards are a nice addition but I would love for them to use the R2 artwork for the CE's box. If not, I may as well wait to get it for under $100 instead of $175.

Thanks. That's what I thought. I'm not too concerned about owning rare versions, I rather get a cheap copy. I figure after a year or two, there will be a classics edition or something.

Did they say it will be the same artwork? I don't recall it stating one way or the other.

Either way, I'll either pick up the first half to get the box then get the second at retail or skip the release altogether for a SAVE set years down the road.

As expected amazon warehouse screwed up and sent me the wrong item.

on the plus side the screw up is in my favor this time. (last time I ordered with them I ordered wii fit plus for my mom and they send regular wii fit >.

What's up with the new round 2 voting button? I'm assuming this is for people that didn't already enter.  I already filled out an entire bracket for all of rounds 1-5.   We just let it ride then right?  Don't you only get one entry?

The only one I don't agree with is your Love live prediction. I think you lie in april is going to destroy love live by at least 10% of the voting as it's getting a huge secondary awareness on netflix right now.

I wish they'd let us see our brackets we picked. I'm fairly confident I remember what I picked, but I'm sure I forgot something. So far I've gotten 2 wrong.

 
I find the weeb march madness polls pretty amusing, considering how immersed you'd have to be to get them all right. I've only seen Death Note, Parasyte, and One Punch Man out of this line-up, so I'm sure I'll get these wrong. God, some of these shows look like re-branded versions of anime I watched as an awkward teenager.

The 1-5 bracket was just for a prediction contest. A tourney pool. These are the actual matchups.

Voted against Kill La Kill so I already lost. If I see Death Note vs. Parasyte, that would be fantastic.

So true it hurts. Whenever I'm in one and the employees try to talk anime with me I just go "What the hell is that show? Haven't heard of it." anymore. This new stuff is awful. Too many billion-episode series, or things that are just reskinned versions of old things...

I read an article pointing that out as a problem with the industry today. Companies are playing it safe, making what they're sure will sell (aka pandering to otaku), and in case it flops, they can easily cut their losses because it's a 13 episode show.

I've been seeing a lot of 10 episodes series now too. There's plenty of content just make rest of the show...Konosuba I'm looking at you!
 
Oh I also wanted to chime in here on the DVD of Pandora Hearts from NIS. Apparently, the creators intentionally added video grain to the show, which makes the video quality utter shit. I like supporting official releases of anime, but this genuinely makes me angry. There should be a giant warning label before buying that they did this nonsense. I bet their sales of this are crap just because of that.

 
KlK beating out Fate/Zero? .... wtf ! Also, either Monster Musume is a lot better than it looks or people just really didn't like the other titles it was competing against. I'm actively voting against KlK even though I never saw Dangenropa because I didn't expect it to beat out Fate. Also, if Tokyo Ghoul beats out Death Note.... :bomb:  :twoguns:  :wall:
