I'll call your house at 5am and tell you to read that shit.
Are we talking 5AM your time or our time? Considering that Japan's got a whopping 13 hours on us in EST, that would probably affect the response. ;)

I really need to break this habit of not sleeping. When I'm starting work at 9AM with a half hour to an hour commute (depending on the camp's location and traffic and things like that), going to bed at 2AM or 3AM probably won't cut it...
Magnetica? Haven't read too much on it. All I know is that it's supposed to be like Zuma, which I never played and that it's made by the same people as Polarium, which was average.
Zuma is a rip off of this one, apparently. I'll probably wait for a price drop in any case.
Congrats or Ha, ha!

The "Sticky Threads" thing isn't too cool.
Eh, I kind of like it.

I hate looking for a printer. I need one since my last one broke, but have yet to find one that seems halfway decent or doesn't eat ink. I thought about a samsung laser, but the rebates are supposed to take forever, which makes me worry.

I guess I gotta get up early and try hitting some wal-marts before I head to state and see what all they want as far as medical records go (its completely retarded considering that every other place has never wanted near the in depth shit they seem to want)

Get an HP, best printers I've ever seen. I've had mine for nearly two years and have only had to change ink once.

Wha? Cheapy in an OTT? That's rare, in fact I don't think I've ever seen it. I mean I've heard of it happening but never seen it with my own eyes.

Oh, fux; I didn't know Running Scared released on DVD this week. I best make a withdrawal from the the biz-ank.

Now, for more Hitman: Blood Money.

Every time I run out of ink I just grab the cheapest printer on newegg. The new ones come with a full cart and cost like half the price of just a new ink cart.

I don't print much though. I've got an HP 5L laser printer from an old job. Nice and fast and looks great. Toner carts are like $50, but I've had it for a year and haven't used up the mostly empty one it came with.

I decided to nab a laser printer

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16828112027

I wanted something that would last and had a decent amount of functions. More than I would have liked to have spend, but toner refills are supposed to be easy to install
For real, although some of them are tricky.
Yeah, like, I had no idea I was using i.e. in place of e.g. That's hell of common.

Yeah I don't know how "i.e." became more 'popular to use' instead of "e.g.".... People usually want to use "e.g." but end up using "i.e.".
Yeah, like, I had no idea I was using i.e. in place of e.g. That's hell of common.
I think everyone could benefit from having easy access to quick grammar primers. A number of the rules are so easy to forget when you aren't using them, and I doubt the average person has AP/MLA grammar and/or style guides sitting next to their PC.

(As a side note, I do have an MLA guide next to my PC, under a mountain of C# and Java reference guides. Shows how often I use it, eh?)

Which begs the question, "Are you a teacher, a student, an author, or just anal rententive?".
Which begs the question, "Are you a teacher, a student, an author, or just anal rententive?".
I've got it from an english course I took a few semesters ago. It's a handy reference for when I know I might have grammar mistakes. In the case of i.e., though, I had no idea that wasn't the proper use. I've seen that misused in professional publications.

That is exactly why I keep mine around.
But you are right... I'd guess that few people actually knew exactly what the proper usage of e.g. and i.e. are.

And just like those class days in college that aren't mandatory but "suggested," the only people that will read and care about these grammar posts, aren't the ones that really need to.
Yeah, at least our country is competing.
I also have an EU passport, so 15 of my countries' are competing.

Detroit: Where the weak are killed and eaten.

You know, it's been forever since I've seen that shirt.
I remember back in the day that it drove people nuts and was all over the news for days...

I got my PSP today!

I went to Eb to pick up some HORI Screen Guards. they don't carry them! Those bastards. Now they carry some crappy Gamestop brand that comes two for $10.

I'm going to have to order mine through Ebay. And they were probably shoplifted. So now I have Guilt!

Thanks Gamestop!

And now they're in all of the malls in the area. Weird, isn't it?

I still need to clean my room up, but video games, as always, are more tempting. Even more tempting, though, is the shiny new Monty Python's Flying Circus boxset that came today. :D

Hey, Rocko. :D

Greetings from Ashburn, VA. It's... green, and choked with traffic, but otherwise nice. Arlington Cemetary was awesome as usual. We got to see the cavalry horses, which owned. One bit my hand. x3
I'm also thinking of getting BoF3 and ToE imported from Europe for about nintey bucks.
As in Breath of Fire 3? It's absolutely not worth that.

Is the PSP region free? I know that the Nintendo systems always have been, but considering how many stupid moves Sony has made lately, I'd check that...

Games are. movies aren't. I don't think any handheld hasn't been region free.

They would be 45 each. I'm not going to spend $90 on it. But I love RPG's. And the PSP is region free.

So BoF III isn't that good for the PSP?

I went to Delaware once. Then I turned around and went right back into Maryland. I could've stayed longer but ten minutes later I'd have just driven right through the state and into New Jersey. ;)
