Yea I meant, "It doesn't matter" on account of your avatar... At first I thought you were responding with Austin's "What?". heh

Punk loses again, great.

Well, Rock played a gay character, but it wasn't like he was suckin' cock onscreen. whatsa big deal with playing a gay character (though he was a bit of a stereotype)?

rocks an awesome actor though

I haven't watched ECW yet. I'm gonna give WSX another shot tonight, I suppose, because I heard that their pilot show was the worst of the bunch. I sure hope they get better than that.

Just to let you know its the same pilot that is on tonight.

WSX got mentioned on the popular local sports station (KFAN) this morning as the guys were talking about what was on TV tonight. They were more focused on Black Label Society being on the show however than anything else. But hey publicity is publicity.
 Tazz and Styles starting the show out with some comments for the smarks was pretty good.
What did they say? (I don't have Sci-Fi.)

LMAO. Bob fucking Old fuckhead Holly beats RVD. Anyone still think RVD is staying in WWE?

Perfect timing, I'd rather watch the replay of WSX than this shit.

When did MTV start playing music?

Where is WSX taped? LA?

A standing corkscrew shooting star? I don't think we'll be seeing any abdominal stretches.
What did they say? (I don't have Sci-Fi.)
The comments that stuck in my mind are "I wonder if Vince likes CM Punk" and "Vince sure has been angry the past couple of weeks" I bet Vince's announcement is that he's firing all the guys that personify the old ECW seeing as how he just jobbed two of them out tonight.

Yuck.

And Holly beats RVD? Did he find a foreign object within that of a pistol (as that is what he'd have to use in order to beat RVD)?

Disgusting.

No, but he botched his finisher the first time and had to do it again. BRA-VO.

Hopefully Bob Holly's next injury (which his will no doubt cause himself) will be that he dies and goes to Hell.

Yep, here we go, Vince finally gets to blow his load and tell us that what people want is wrong, and what he wants to put on is right. You know he's been waiting for this almost as long as he had been waiting to scream "YOU'RE FIRED!" at Bischoff on TV.

I gotta hand it to Vince... I'm enjoying this ECW, I liked last night's RAW and last Friday's SmackDown... seems he's really been stepping his game up. Maybe feeling the pressure, just a little?
"Anything about the original ECW sucks. For all the people who liked the original ECW, you suck." :\
Did he really need to verbally say that? I mean, his direction of the new ECW speaks for itself.

Even more reason for me to hold contempt for McMahon's vision of "sports entertainment".

Or maybe he's realize that he needs to put on at least a semi decent product in order to get those Wrestlemania buys.
jesus@!
Who did he run with?

Ed Ferrara channeling JR: "Vam-PIE-ro!!! Vam-PIE-ro!!! Vam-PIE-ro!!!"

carlito i believe

ecw has been good... glad to see they are putting some thought into it
oh fuck it...I had a sentence or two written, but I'm so fuckin' bored I'm goin' back to Xenogears.
ECW or WSX?:)
Taker on ECW...I called it.
Not as big of a spit in the eye as when they had Ric Flair wrestle on ECW.

You know. The federation that had "glorified stuntmen"?

Taker has worked an ECW match before, and it was apparently such a big deal that people have forgotten. I liked Flair in ECW, since his match was awesome. The old guard vs. new in ECW started off great. God bless Burke for being so damned great.

Tony Chimel screws up the best: Here are dark match results from last night's Smackdown taping. I listed the first match just b/c I like Palumbo.

Chuck Palumbo d Funaki: Palumbo was dressed in all black, and his hair was back to black as well. A seemingly solid effort. The crowd "oohed" and "aahed" at Palumbo's offense on Funaki, and both men looked good. Palumbo wins in just over 5:00 with a fall-away slam like Scott Hall and JBL have done in the past.

Winner: Chuck Palumbo in 5:00

Vladimir Kozlov (or so we think) d Jamie Knoble: Kozlov's intro video is xenophobically designed to give him heel heat. He cut a pre-match promo to some good heat from the crowd, which took advantage of the opportunity to chant "USA." The match was a basic power-man match, and Kozlov didn't take any move risks that would see him botching something. USA chants were heard at various times during the match. Kozlov did the old Eddie Gilbert "Hot Shot" move, and made Knoble tap to a combo cross armbreaker/headscissors hold in around 3 minutes. While his video said "Vladimir Kozlov," Tony Chimel announced the winner as "Boris Alexiev."

Winner: Vladimir Kozlov/Boris Alexiev in 3:00

Yeah!!!! Use your Freudian slips to bring Alexiev into WWE!

Just wait for Matt Classic
Do you think the undertaker will lose at wrestlemania?
If he does, the Vince is fucking stupid.

So I'd say there's a pretty decent chance he will.

Hmm...another report sez that it was actually Alexiev who wrestled at SD! last night, but was accidentally called "Vladimir Kozlov" by Chimmel during the intro. This will be interesting to see it pan out - I think Alexiev is fantastic to watch, but didn't think they'd do anything with him since they're so fucking character oriented they couldn't debut two separate Russians at once.

I also found out that Alexiev is actually an American of Italian descent. A very impressive performance, as he has me convinced.

Well, one of the great things about multi-millionaires is that a lot of them are so arrogant, so assured of their ideas, and so surrounded by yes-men that their stupidity is quite colossal and entertaining.

Exhibit A: I bet nobody told Vince, prior to last night's ECW show, that the jacket he was wearing looked like it was stolen from the closet of cosutmes for extras in the movie "Dick Tracy."
