sweet, sold my bfbc a week ago, so rented it from gamefly just to get the trophies lol. popped it in and got 11 trophies right off the bat. w00t. then returned the game hahaha
the problem w/ BFBC is you're limited to groups of 4 :| even though it's a 24 person game.
True - hard to do a CAG Night for it. Hope to see that fixed in the sequel, that and parachutes and Blackhawks (only things I missed from Bf2).
sb when are we going to bfbc again? yeah for the most part it scrambles sometimes though not all the time but every 2-3 hour session born and i do there's a round that scrambles.
I've got this game for about 5 more days now. Picked it up from the library. Loved the demo and always wanted to try out the full thing. Also want the trophies...tehe. Too bad some of the trophies take FOREVER to get. I'll just get what I can for now. Wish I could pick this game up for good for under $20. I like it a lot, but with Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 coming out soon. Don't think this holds up against other shooters anymore.
I think Resistance 2 and BFBC are pretty different and killzone 2 as well. Even after R2 came out BFBC community is really health from waht I can tell. At ANYTIME in the day (ask born) I can find a server w/ people and usually full. GS has it for $20 which is damn cheap for a high quality title. I think it's one of the best shooters out on the ps3/360.
Good deal at GS, picked it up and will be playing online, and some single player. I hope we can get a CAGnight if more people get it or if everyone dusts off their copy.
Gamespot officially reduced the price to 20 dollars. I think it might be universal soon. I might try to get it at bestbuy today with a gift card since there are no LBP deals.
I played this quite a bit this weekend when I could find time and REALLY enjoy the MP game. Granted there's quite a bit of "Tourettes Guy" impersonations from me, but I love the points system and how it pushes you to just get "one more kill". I'm a huge BF2 fan, and though some things are missing (parachutes) it's still a great game for $20 (Gamestop last week, Best Buy this week) and well worth the price of admission.
when do you usually play CrimsonPaw?
I'm all over the board, but typically I'll play after 10:00 pm(CST) weeknights when the kids are asleep or early (
alright, well me and xxx squad up various times as well. lately we've been getting a handful of friend requests from pub squads b/c we use a mic.
Well I'll be there with you since I've got a headset as well. Oddly enough the last few games I've played where someone's had a mic it sounded like they swallowed it and were talking through their stomach.
... yet the online was only decent.
I appreciate your opinion, but I have to disagree. The online, to me, is as much fun as CoD4's; it's not as robust, but Frostbite has finally brought the feeling of Battlefield 2 to the consoles.
I think the online is a blast. with the vehicles and the objectives. there are parts that are clearly unpolished but I don't think cod4 can really touch the depth of gameplay and variety. I agree the VoIP isn't perfect but it's much better after the 1.20 patch.

That price is updated as BB updates thier price I think.
This game is well worth the $20. I am hooked on the single player right now. The deformable environments are really fun. Maybe it is time to try the multiplayer
I recently beat the campaign in all difficulties, and it is so much fun. I highly recommend getting this game... This is actually the first FPS I completed since GoldenEye, and now I have an itch to play FPSs now.
Hmm I think I saw you come on a few times Freaky, but yeah seriously I love playing this game and it's the first ps3 game where I'm basically getting all the trophies, or just about.

I'm sending you a friend's request next time I get on my PS3.
I just picked this game up yestersay as my first Ps3 game. never played iton the 360. It's allright. The story is good, and the characters are funny in single player. Mutiplayer is ok. Gold Rush is a fun match type, I just wish it wasent THE match type.
