Damn I just got PS2 Sun. and I was gonna buy Champions of Norrath for 27.99 used from GS. Good thing I held off. Thanx trustcompany. It's a great thing you do.

Just in case anybody is planning on buying the La Femme Nikita S2 DVD next week, it's been canned by Warner with no explanation and no new date set.

Thanks again, trustcompany. Maybe it's about time I get Norrath.

hmmm 30 for FSW price matched at BB with the GGC will knock it down to 25..... cant beat that, half price for a game you were gonna buy for 50 any way!

$25 for ATHF? What else is on it, 13 episodes of the show X 15 minutes or so each isn't that much.

If Best Buy has FSW for $30, I'd buy it for sure but getting a price match and a coupon isn't really viable.

Getting the Xbox DVD thing for $15 isn't bad, that thing is hardly ever on sale. Is the Xbox a better DVD player than the PS2?

in before the ZOMG full spectrum warrior RAIN CHECK people

"$4.99 Video Game Clearance: Get Them Before They're Gone"

Could they actually be restocking?
Interesting...[/quote]

doubt it, although I'd love to be wrong. They're probably still trying to get rid of those last 17 copies of Pryzm.
*or*, perhaps, maybe there's a 'wave 2' of stuff that is to be clearanced.
Or, more likely, the ad copy was planned weeks ago, before the storm hit, and it was too late to replace that section.

Thanks for the heads up, TC.

I'm liking that price for Norrath, too- especially when you take off $5 more with the GGC. Is that just a sale price, or has it become a Greatest Hit?

Wow. Meet the Parents and Zoolander for $10 each? I am so there. If I didn't already have Old School I'd buy it again at that price... 8)

HA!

Thanks for the deals TrustCompany. Definitely thinking about picking up Champions of Norrath for that price.

Is THUG a universal price drop or is it just a coincidence that it's going on sale for 2 systems at once?

Edit: I was imagining things earlier

Finally Norrath for a good price! Even though I would of bought it at $29.99. Now I only hope the something about mary is the "more edition" with the extra 15 mins. of the movie.

Is anybody going to be playing Norrath online when they get it for $20? I'd love to have some CAG questing going on. :D

how can you get a raincheck from target and get 44% off on a item? Also, why is a game at $49.99 a deal? Isn't that just the regular price?

Interesting. Poor CC. They are stuck with all this false advertising. By now I think even the old sports games are probably gone. There is a chance they will add more titles or restock but I doubt it. Thanks again for the ads.

Im surprised too that theres no advertisements for ESPN NFL ...although these adds were probably printed before they announced the date change to 7/20.

Oh yeah, and does anyone know how transformers actually is? i want to pick it up.

In a word: no

I prefer using a real dvd player than both my ps2 and xbox, but I think Ps2 is alot better than xbox's DVD player IMO. Alot of my friends also have problems with the xbox dvd too, and complain that it "sucks".

I'm only aware of one Transformer game for the PS2. I might get it, but I definitely want Meet the Parents and Blue Collar Comedy Tour.

Many thanks trust!

Is either machine as good as a really nice stand alone DVD player? No. Is the Xbox playback better than a launch PS2? Yes. Is the Xbox better than the new PS2 playback (progressive scan, etc)? I doubt it.
