I know they say 20 days for the points to arrive but it really seems like they had been getting better about it. The last few games i've had my points within 2-3 days .  Maybe there were so many Overwatch pre-orders it overloaded things.

my 500 points don't even showing pending for Overwatch. Usually within a week it shows pending, heck recently most games actually gave me the 500 points a week later.

worrisome that's for sure.

well, my points havent changed, but it does show that i have $15 in certificates, which is about right if they posted the overwatch cert. rewards. the history doesnt work now, and still cant actually issue a certificate, but baby steps.

I can't even access my rewards history.  Man, how fucked up must Best Buy IT be if it takes like 3 weeks to move a system like Rewards over to a new platform or whatever.  I think in just about any modern tech company your entire team would get fired if you said anything would take 3-4 weeks and would be unavailable while its happening.

 
It shows I still only have 121 points with nothing at all pending when Ive been buying stuff the whole time. I don't even have the $10 from overwatch

The system is back up but they said it would take 24 to 72 hours for any points to show up that should have been there while the system was down

Working for a major IT company providing services to another major company, I can say while not common, it is also not unusual. The previous system may have been held together with string and bubble gum or built by a third company that no longer exists, and converting the data may be something approaching a manual effort.

They don't lose money except in a nebulous "customer service" line item, so it may have been acceptable to do it during a slower time period (not in late November).

Obviously, they would prefer not to have it down at all, but sometimes you have no choice if you want to move forward.

 
Trade ins now show as just line items, and not as a transaction that you can view.

Also all of my pending transactions from after 5/20 have disappeared again.

BB needs to get their shit together.

 
Still haven't gotten my pre-order Cert for Overwatch.  Anyone else still waiting on theirs?  Never taken this long before, for me at least.

Just an update on my end. Anyone who has gotten that "Account is transferring" for their MyBB account, mine is finally done. It said that for the past 3-4 weeks. My transactions, including Overwatch were pending before I checked it today. Now they are gone.

So I'm guessing all the previous information prior to the move has transferred, but my most recent purchases have not. Just wanted to post in case anyone else was wondering how long that "Transfer" took.

They almost certainly did not provide enough people to the team. Or maybe they went cheap and outsourced the development. This is what happens when a company does not consider something a priority, and giving people their reward money promptly is likely not high on their charts, especially since it is summer and it is less likely to be noticed.

Aye, mine finished too but there's nothing listed as pending for Overwatch now. I think it might have been lost in this dumbass move.

 
I also see nothing past May 18.  I'm guessing their crappy DB is still trying to catch up.  I didn't even expect our points to come back for another week or 2.

 
I've made seven purchases totaling $1000+ in the last 2-3 weeks.  It was showing pending for my latest purchases, but disappeared when the ability to print certs came back online.  I'll wait til the end of the month to contact Best Buy.

 
have same problem everything after may 18th isn't showing up in history and i preordered over watch too and hopefully get the points soon. Kind of annoying.

I also bought other items that were expensive so they better comeback and haven't disappeared.

 
I wonder, has this issue with Best Buy's points system affected anyone from adding a purchase to their account after the fact?

No Final Fantasy game has ever been in the promo either. The only SE games that have been added were iffy titles that they weren't sure would sell well. They know FFXV will sell well so I am surprised to see it there. Not saying this means they will be added, but FF15 being added is an interesting bit of info that means it isn't out of the picture.

 
I preordered FFXV in store a while back (when I bought Uncharted 4). I presented the GCU, so will I get the $10 reward certificate that way, or do I have to preorder online? I don't like paying for the entire cost of the game several months before it's supposed to be released (& a game like this may even get delayed). I paid the entire transaction when preordering Bravely Second CE online, but I THOUGHT that would be truly limited. I'd rather pay my $5, then pay when I pick up (this way I hope they can't pull the, "ship to store not available," nonsense like they do on some games, also).

Are you paying with PayPal? When you order online with a CC it doesn't charge you until it ships (It gives a pending charge that drops off).

Actually, I did pay with PayPal. I have only bought from Best Buy maybe 3- 4 times, and that was my first preorder from them. I'll keep that in mind. Do I need to order online, and after the reward certificate was announced, or am I good if I placed a down payment on a preorder about a month ago? I have the receipt (obvious to most, but I don't get my preorder without that receipt). Thanks.

 
I hope Best Buy gets their rewards points together before E3 starts. I'm not ordering anything until I get my $10 in certs from Overwatch. I know they took everything down but this is taking way too long.
 
I'm also missing my rewards from late May and onwards. I'll give them a couple weeks before I complain. Glad that FF XV is getting the bonus, it pushed me over the edge. I know I should wait for Steam but I have a feeling it'll be a while so I went ahead and preordered.

It should be fine. Even if it doesn't automatically add on, you can always go on their forum. The BB reps there will take care of you very quickly.

Is my existing order fine or do I need to cancel and reorder? Especially with this bs with the points. Also missing points for OW and it $10 cert. Also seeing nothing about the OS order either. Doom went through fine but nothing for anything after that. There no help on the forum what so ever. Just a bot repeating the same message.
