As a My Best Buy member, get $10 in reward certificates per game title you pre-order and purchase.
Eligible titles are available for :xb1: :ps4: :360: :ps3: :pc:.
 
What do I have to do to qualify for this offer?
If you are an eligible My Best Buy member, pre-order your copy of any of the qualifying titles in either the standard version or special edition for PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 or PC prior to their release date. Then you must purchase and pick up your pre-order within 7 days of street date. Please provide your member number at the time of pre-order and pickup. When you meet these requirements, you will receive 500 bonus points credited to your account within 15 days of purchase or game shipment.
 
Where can I pre-order and purchase the qualifying games to qualify for this offer?
You may pre-order and purchase any of the qualifying games in Best Buy stores or online at BestBuy.com. Please provide your member number at the time of pre-order and pickup.
 
Can I pre-order and purchase multiple copies of an eligible game and get multiple rewards?
No. There is a limit of one (1) award per My Best Buy member per game title.

Q: Can the 20% off Unlocked benefit be combined with a price match?
A: At the time of purchase, you would receive either the price match or 20% off. You would not be able to receive 20% off of a matched price. If Best Buy's price is lowered during the return/exchange period, the price will be matched to the lower price (upon request). My Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked Members should receive the new price along with the 20% discount. This price match covers one price match per identical item per customer.

I have decided that after Best Buy added a $10 gift card to Metro Redux and adding the costume pack to Hyrule Warriors that pre-ordering a game way in advance is a waste of time. I now missed out on both of these bonus items.

I sent some complaints to customer service and while they were nice I was still baffled on how they couldn't add a free pre-order costume bonus to my order. I would have to cancel and order it again but I used a coupon and rewards points and I don't want to loose the $5 off coupon I used because it was going to expire as it was time limited.

Anyway a little frustrated with Best Buy but they still are great with GCU so I will give them a pass.
Just going to wait now on pre-orders in the future.

 
I really wish Bestbuy would give Nintendo titles a little love. Super Smash Brothers needs to be on the GCU list. It's coming out for 2 systems and should get a fair number of pre-orders. It would be awesome if I could get the Smash Brother Wii U bundle for $79.99 plus a $10 certificate.

It's stated as a coupon with a bar code for them to scan.
 
Guys we got a problem! Bought a copy at a local game store at midnight (madden) to do a return there with my BB copy in am. BB guy gives me an ultimate edition on accident...so the plan should be sell my madden somewhere and then unload my ultimate codes right?
 
Im Elite Plus, I don't see the $10 RZ if I pre-order COD AW Atlas Pro. Also Would I get Day Zero items (guns etc) Does anyone have experience when BB ships pre-orders? It tells me I will receive Nov 5. I didn't pre-order unless I know I get $10 RZ and Day Zero Perks..

You don't get the $10 till 15+ days after the you buy your pre-order.

The "day zero" iteams are likely going to be a code in the box like all other COD first print runs.,

You get it 15 days after you pick it up/ships.

I pre-order Destiny at BB yesterday, so as Elite Plus all the double points and the $10 RZ will posts (15 days)after I pick up the game correct?

You don't get double points for consoles only games themselves , you do get the elite plus bonus though .

people are already experiencing issues with one copy in one transactions, so are you willing to risk it?

I had 2 coupons but I did 2 different types transactions. I didn't want to mess with my pre-order. There was also a couple codes printed on my receipt for the ps4 copy which I didn't know about.

Yes, it was in-store preorder. I was away from home on Saturday near a store that is 30 minutes away, so I stopped in and preordered there. I would like to pick the game up at my closest Best Buy, although it sounds like that might not be possible. Thanks for the responses.

I have more than one copy on preorder under the same receipt. Was hoping to avoid running each transaction over again. I think it is only one member that is having issues with the coupon.
 
So with the madden ultimate edition is it $55 ultimate team bonus total? $40 inside the game it self right and then after I picked the game up I also recieved a email with the $15 ultimate team code
 
I picked up two Madden 15's today without too much hassle, I had $5 in store preorders (from kiosk) and the customer service area had to do my transactions, not cashier.  They scan the $5 deposit receipt first, then the coupon, then the game, then load in your GCU account.  $40+tax (-$5 deposit) total, i didn't try to stack in a movers coupon.

The cashier said she had to do it as two separate orders due to the coupons and I didn't argue, I woulda preferred one order so I could have tried a movers coupon but c'est la vie.  I traded in both Madden 15s at Gamestop already for $48 each, I thought about keeping the PS4 version but I'm not a sports guy and Destiny is gonna be my jam.

I'm expecting only one $10 RZ bonus, but I'll get back 10% since I used my BB credit card.

 
I picked up my madden using GCU and the 10$ off coupon. I also decided to use a 5$ birthday reward cert. I paid 34.99 +tax after they deducted the 5$ deposit . It shows the 5$ cert on the receipt but it sure didn't take the money off the total .
 
First time using a RZ pre-order promo. I'm about to pickup madden 15 with my $10 off coupon and kiosk receipt. After purchasing, do they give you a $10 gift card/cert on the spot or do u get it later?

mine didn't deduct my $5 either I'm have to take my receipt in I guess
 
So Halo: MCC got added?  It's not on BB's page...

They're slowly taking up all the games I want this fall.  I have some GS credit but it looks like that might only go to Pokemon and Forza Horizon 2.

 
Just picked up my Madden 15. Coupon, deposit, GCU all applied correctly. I had my preorder receipt and everything so not sure if that plays a factor

Total $40 + tax -$5 preorder deposit

It gets deposited into your best buy account 2-3 weeks later as points, you have to login to http://my.bestbuy.com to monitor it. sometimes it never shows up and you have to bitch at customer service to get it.

re: $5 deposit, read the receipt carefully if it applied it shows up near the bottom like an addendum, not where you'd expect it to be. Its definitely a weird and hacked up system that doesn't really make much sense. You'll see something like $43.xx and then a $5 discount applied and it doesn't quite say what the $5 is.

Nope I ordered the ultimate edition and my total was $37.99 pretax which is $69.99 - $10 coupon = $59.99 - GCU discount = $47.99 - $10 certificate = $37.99 the $5 didn't come off even though it shows I had $5 on the final receipt

I paid with a gift card so below the $5 deposit there is a $38 charge to my gift card despite the total showing $43.29
