Do the 500 bonus points show pending usually on you online account? I got halo masterchief collection and am a elite plus member. I got my normal points for purchasing the game but not the preorder 500 points for the promotion. I don't even show the points pending.

Maybe update the OP to state that sometimes the preorder "Victory Can be Preordered" bonus may not show up as pending and that everyone should wait out the 15 days before contacting BB.

After I picked up my CoD preorder, the site did not show any points pending, and it did not show any Victory Can be Preordered pending.  Then one day I logged in and I already got my 500 pts deposited AND the Victory Can be Preordered bonus showed up when looking at that transaction.

Just wait the 15 days.

It differs when it shows points as pending. Just wait 15 days, 99% of the time it shows up

I have noticed if you pre order a game really early like months before then you get your points faster. If you wait until the night before the game releases you will most likely have to wait the full 15 days.

I've had games preordered months before release, and games preordered a day before release. Still takes 15 days almost all the time. Think I've only had a couple post prior to the 15 days, and that's when it was $20 in rewards.

Did you preorder in store or online?

All my pre orders are online and the ones I did months in advance (2-3) showed up within a week. The ones I did a week or two before release took 10-15 days.

So if I pre-order 3 copies of GTA 5 for my brother, myfriend and I,  will I receive 3 digital codes for $1,000,000 and 3x 500 my rewards bonus points?  I just want to make sure before I order.

I only ask because Im the only Unlocked member and I can get my friends 20% off too.

If you don't have 500 points posted within 5 minutes of you ordering the game it means Best Buy has given you ebola and you should immediately strip down naked, burn all your clothes and video games, cover yourself in tin foil, pour honey all over yourself, and start running around in circles at your nearest hospital screaming I NEED MY $10 I NEED MY $10

also be sure to post in this thread every page asking where your points are because we are all best buy customer service people in disguise and you will get a million points from us and then the hottest girl in town will want to date you cuz girls like reward zone points

read the op about the bonus reward points before asking that question like the thread title says

no one is going to read op, unless htz treat these same questions as spam, and threaten them with silence. everytime a new release comes out these are the same question, if i order 5 copies of said game, do i get 5 $10 certif, or why is my point not showing up after 1 day after picking up my game.

No. There is a limit of one (1) award per My Best Buy member per game title.

Ok I see it there, I swear I read the OP and have before, my mistake.  So I read it as rewards, Im not as concerned about the $10 as I am the $1,000,000 in-game cash.  Does the limit of one apply to only best buy rewards or pre-order bonus too.  That part is not clear.

It seems likely the in-game money would be a code in the box or something similar since every copy includes it and it is not retailer specific.

I preordered the SSO bundle online on 10/1 and picked up in store on 10/28. My purchase price points are posted in green but no mention of the 500. It has now been 15 days. Any one in the same situation?

I stopped back in to BBY and took one of the map books up to the front.  The girl just asked to see my receipt and ID and told me to have a nice day.   She didn't scan anything.  It was the least painful experience ever at Best Buy, but that still doesn't negate the fact that I shouldn't have had to go back for it.  Oh well...

Might be easier, but they need to feel properly stupid so they read the OP next time!
exactly, and I know I am going to be flame for typing this, with the same questions being asked. I wonder if some of the posters are 5 yrs old, and do not how to read

What Halo: TMCC says on my tracking # was that it was delivered at 3:10 pm. I was sitting by my door all afternoon. Saw no UPS truck drive up. No knock at the door.

Checked all sides of the house and neighbors front doors. Nothing. Ugh....

Question.  Was about to pre order GTAV online but I no longer see anything about the $10 for online preorder.  Do I have to do it instore?

Ended up getting my package.

I called UPS and they told me to check with my neighbors and see if any of them got a package.

I probably shouldn't have done this, but I had 3 packages lost on me in the last year and this was the 4th time and I just am fed up with it. I walked down my street and noticed one of my neighbors front door was ajar. I was like eh.... it's probably nothing. But something told me to go and check even if it's not my property. I went up and opened the screen door and a package fell. Looked at it and it was mine. Just took it and went home.

They delivered to a house about 5 or 6 houses down.

This is none of my business, but do your address and that address share any similarities numerically (e.g., you live at 1110 and the packaged was delivered to 1101)? That's pretty messed up.

He lives on the same street, so his first 3 digits of his address are the same, but that's it. It wasn't that close. Mine ends in a 6 and his ended in a 0. If it was a 6 and an 8 I could see, or delivering to the guy next door. Not 5 houses down. Could look the same... I guess, but I mean, drivers are supposed to make sure before they deliver.

First time I've ever had an issue with UPS. The other 3 were USPS.

That's definitely weird, especially since it happened with more than one delivery method. :whistle2:k

Okay so my AC Unity purchase isn't showing up with any points at all? I pre-ordered a while back and know it takes time but usually the regular points post that same day....
