You're not a big picture type of guy are you? While many on this site are obsessed with condemning those that buy games to trade in the majority of stock gets depleted by resellers... not idiotic traders. The resale value of this game new is high enough to draw attention.

Bit perplexed...there were 2 copies at my local store today, one which I hid extremely well and now when I try to attempt a store pickup at that store it magically says "available in 3 to 5 days for pickup" when it said available now this morning before I left to go there.

Oh well...suppose I'll just go there anyways tomorrow since I need to trade in some more games

Did you have it in your cart prior to the deal going live? I have noticed that sometimes causes the "glitch" for me where the price won't update.

Switch computers (if not just browsers) typically works. I would also try using incognito mode or clearing your cache

Finally got an order to go through using IE. It was showing $19.99 on Firefox but as soon as I would at it to my cart, it would change to $59.99. Weird, but oh well...hopefully it ships.

Yeah same here, I thought it finally worked when I saw it for $19.99 on Safari, but as soon as I added it to my cart it popped back up to $59.99.

So you think that there's going to be a sudden demand for this three month old game (which is almost ancient in terms of game release dates, especially when there's no online mode)? The average price of a new one on eBay fetches between $36-$40. If it's Best Buy's DOTD, and the market is suddenly flooded with copies, you don't think the value is going to go down?

I'm a big picture type of guy, but A.) Buying a game to resell when the margins are razor thin at best ($20 + $2-ish tax + eBay/Amazon fees + gas to get to the store (or nothing if you're having it shipped, which would be stupid if you wanted to turn around and sell it since game values can drop overnight) is stupid, and B.) The future overly saturated market will drive down what little demand there was in the first place.

Yeah, I have Firefox set to erase everything on quit. It's their problem as usual.

I believe the in-store pickup system only lets you place an order if the store has 3 or more of a product. When you go back in, your game will probably be right where you left it.

After several attempts, placed an order for a 360 version, yay!
