If Store pickup is an option for me I always go that route. I find that if I order it before the store opens (when DotD go live) my store confirms it an hour before they open. Save me a lot of hassle.

call bb cs and tell them your order is backordered but the game is in stock again. they should be able to hook u up. u can also go in store and find a copy there and they'll fulfill your backorder that way. i did it with $5 fear 3 over the holidays.

in other news, just got an email saying my 360 copy of sh:d is ready for pick up. huzzah

Problem is If I wanted to pick it up in the store I would have just went to the store. I have been real busy lately. Today I am free but I have to do laundry. I don't feel like going to the store to pick up the game. That beats the whole point of me ordering it online for delievery.

Well he picked SHD up on his own. But I am going to pre-order him Borderlands 2 and Resident Evil 6 and pick him up a copy of Dragon Age 2. He is sending me a check for the pro-rated amount of RE6 and BL2 ($40 each) but as a thank you he is paying for my copy of SHD. I am fine with helping good friends out as long as we both benefit fairly.

Unavailable means 0 to 2 copies in stock. So they may have 0, 1, or 2 copies in stock. It couldn't hurt to check if you have some spare time that may end up resulting in no game.

Kind of bumpout that i could not find any copies online or at any locations near me, but seeing that my backlog is growing this month. Its a good thing. I just sold my ps3 copy at GameStop for $28 after promo. By the time I get to play downpour, the game could be at $20 or less within a year.

I went to the closer BB at lunch to price adjust Max Payne 3, and while I was there I looked to see if they had a SH left - turns out they had just one. Just started Downpour, and while everything isn't GREAT, the game isn't too bad. I'm hoping to just nail most achievements in one play through then pass it on after I grind a bit for the remainders maybe.

While its on my mind...the Best buy in Lithonia/Rockdale Co (for fellow ATL area CAGs..) has a 360 MW3 Hardened Edition in stock. They still want $99.99, and I was tempted to buy it yesterday...but I see that I couldn't make much off eBay selling it. I assumed these were sold out and super rare, but the BIN of $119.99 on eBay didn't persuade me.

I guess with BO2 coming out..no one really cares about Elite anymore, or Founder status at that..
