Thing is, I don't own an XBox 360.

I managed to get a limited edition from my in-store pickup also. The limited edition version are first print copies, if your store still have them it just meant the game didn't sell that well(It did take BB 2 DOTDs to clear them all out).

Went to nearly BB to pick up MI4:GP blu ray, and was not planning to get the game. Browsed through the game area and noticed the a single copy of the game limited edition for PS3 on the end cap while it shows not available online. No more on the shelves for either PS3 and 360. Got it for $5... why not.

Another cashier looks over, sees the game, and says they're all gone, that I got lucky cuz other people have been looking for them and there ain't none to be found.

My cashier is all sad now and disappointed he missed it. I ask him if he really wants the game. He says, "at this price, heck yeah." In a low voice, I say to him, "there's an extra copy hiding behind Dance Central 2."

I keep seeing people post about this 'LE'... there is only one edition for the game. Any EA game that advertises limited edition is false.

No, the entire game is a race across the US. Like, each race is a segment of the overall with goals to match. like, advance from position 45 to 40 while going through the mountains. those 'advancement' races are mixed in with some boss races and other stuff.

the game is actually really fun, except it's practically ruined by a bizarre, terrible hit detection system which counts touching the shoulder AT ALL a crash. See that little sandy patch that'll let you cut your corner better? don't touch it.

there's the standard rubber banding, but i still had a blast though. it's no hot pursuit, but it's a servicable racer if you've beat all the a-listers and are looking for more.

just because YOU aren't affected, doesn't mean other people aren't.
