I just started it yesterday. Put a decent amount of hours into it on veteran and I was able to find an online match no problem. So far I like the campaign more than BLOPS 2. Although this is coming from someone who just finished the awful Homefront campaign, my opinion may be skewed.

B2G1 is back this week, site isn't live yet, but to beat the crowds you can call in and they will do it manually, just make sure you are getting your GCU 10% when you do, as sometimes the system doesn't do it on their end, but they can adjust that as well.

Do you think I have a case to get a refund with my screwed up order that I was ranting about last week yet? Take a look at the tracking. Be sure to take note of the cities involved in each update.

Emailing both the address given on Best Buy's site and bringing up a complaint on their Facebook page (they gave me a different email address to send my problem to when I did that, but it was still completely useless) has done absolutely nothing to help. I've been hesitant to call because I always end up speaking to representatives that can barely speak/understand English (I once hung up when trying to speak to a rep for Target when they sent me the wrong item - they were impossible to understand, and they kept asking me to repeat myself) when it involves big corporations. If their email team is anything to go by, I foresee a migraine in my future if I decide to call when I wake up tomorrow.

This is really turning me against Best Buy, lemme tell you. If I don't get any help by calling, I'm going to get ahold of my credit card company and issue a chargeback - it's obvious my stuff's not getting here. So much for getting three games for a decent price.

Edit: I forgot to mention that they sent me not one, but two very poorly worded emails in the span of two days, both with the exact same content. It's like they're taunting me at this point. Here's what they said:

Hi Steve,

Good day!

This email is in reference to your order () items: Final Fantasy ,Valkyria Chronicles  and Rocksmith Guitar and Bass. I want to verify if you already receive the item. I still say call.  I've had better luck with English speakers recently.  And if you get someone you can't understand, just hang up and call back.  Also try calling at different times of the day.

But yeah, I think you're going to have to call.  Email customer support sucks from most websites.

As others have said already, try the Best Buy forums. It may take a couple of business days for them to get back to you after you initially post your complain though, so you have to be patient when working with them.

Doesn't beat the TRU buy 3 for $30 deal but I was able to get Ico & Shadow of the Colossus (TRU wouldn't PM), Shadows of the Damned (PS3), and Portal 2 (PS3) for around $39, so basically a 3 for $40 deal. Man I love end of gen sales and prices.

If you use Amazon credit, get one for each system. They trade-in for around the same amount there. Then the third game would be free. :D

I went with Portal 2 as my free game. Mainly to trade in.

I noticed that Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (360) is $14.99 preowned, and that goes for a higher amount at GS and online.

OK. That's weird that they have trade values for both the PS3 and 360 versions of the Family Guy game, but only a pre-owned listing for the 360 version.

 
good price on the on sale used games, wished the B2G1 on used games was still ongoing. Does anyone know how often BB has the B2G1 on used games? I just saw a couple games I want to take advantage of on the next sale. Also how often do they re-stock used games? I saw a particular game that stated it was available for shipping a couple days ago but not available for shipping today.

They have been having B2G1 fairly frequently lately, last several were the weeks of 8/11, 7/28, 7/14, 6/23. I have seen midweek restocks happen a number of times before, but I wouldn't count on it. Inventory at the warehouse for used games is usually accurate down to the very last copy, so you would be relying on fresh trade-ins or shifting of inventory away from a store to the warehouse.

amazingly sly cooper and psabr both vita codes weren't redeemed. i don't think there are many vita owners / those that care to cross redeem. so far iv been lucky on that. plus free ratchet ffa and deadlocked. woot

This. I swung by to pick up Sly new, but they were out. I found a used copy & took a chance. The Vita portion had not been redeemed. The game was complete & I received the unlocked discount as well.

gamestop will have MORE to auctually buy, bestbuy online most will be OSS within the hour and store pre-owned is VERY limited. So I say thats why. Although I couldn't agree more that GS should have just had it as a regular sale :s

Tried to get NSMB2, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, and Etrian Odyssey 4 with this deal but NONE of these games are available at either of my local Best Buy stores.

 
I've gone through most of the DS listings and found copies of Super Mario 64 DS, Metroid Prime Hunters, Rhythm Heaven and Advance Wars Dual Strike at one location (not all same price so not the best use of the deal) and that took an hour.  It really is a pain in the butt to see what store has what.

 
I would have been content with getting 2x NSMB2 and 2x Luigi's Mansion 2, but Best Buy restricts those to one per order. Then while I was trying to find anything else - and I mean just about ANYTHING that could either ship or was within 100 miles - NSMB2 went from being able to ship to in-store only, with none in stock for as far as the tracker shows. FML.
