u will most likely need to camp. And u can't just walk in until hours later in the night. The first few hours they limit to only so & so # of ppl in store due to fire codes & such and then 1 in & 1 out type of ordeal =(

After Hurricane Matthew destroyed everything in my apartment, O went about replacing everything, including my PC. I thought about building my own, but the difference in price was minimal. Bought a prebuilt gaming PC from Costco.com that had everything I was looking for except the video card. It’s “only” an NVIDIA 1060, but I can upgrade to a 1080 in a few years at a minimal cost.
 
I'm in the market for a PC as well. I bought this one in 2008 with 40% bing cashback from HP. I haven't shut it down for 2 weeks because it doesn't seem to want to turn back on. If anyone sees a decent desktop deal let me know. I need one that is optimized for internet porn and flash games.

Didn't they do the voucher thing? Like if you were in line, you'd get a voucher for what you wanted and then you just go in and get it?

 
Amazon is being a little sneaky. They're price matching a lot of the game deals that are showing up for Black Friday, but they're doing it in a staggered fashion weeks before the actual event. Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted Lost Legacy were both lowered to match the best prices available from Black Friday deals. And now they dropped Tekken 7 to $25. I guess you missed how these BF deals are already on sale for the weekend at BB. Amazon is just doing what it always does: try to put other businesses out of business.

Who lives near a Meijer? I may have to get you to do a solid for me and pick up No Mans Sky.... unless Amazon and Gamestop put it on sale.....

Just wait until Yakuza 6 comes out in March. It's going to be pretty amazing. So glad this series is picking up in the west

 
I will be posting instructions on how to filter the spreadsheet I have created in the near future. This is one of the reasons games are listed multiple times, 1 version for each platform.

The other reason is because Wal-Mart doesn't always put the same game on an alternate platform on sale as the one listed, unless the ad specifically states in some way.

Stay tuned to learning how to make the list more manageable in the future!

I'm mostly sad about the prices. More than half of these titles were on sale for those prices this year. On top of that Walmart is either refusing to join the 4K club or they think it's gonna fail like the 3D movies did.

 
3D was doomed to fail as soon as they said you had to wear glasses to experience it. 4K is a resolution format, and the next step forward. W

The way I see it, 4k will only fail is if there is another resolution jump relatively quickly.
 
I talked to a GS employee today, and they said that they're keeping their BF deals a secret until really close to BF. Take it with a grain of salt.

 
Im a BF newb. I've never really done Black Friday before. 

But I am interested in some deals from Best Buy. Do I have to go in-store and risk getting trampled or can I just buy BF items from Best Buy as soon as they go live online?

Really depends what you want you get like games and movies and smaller items online. But certain big items or door busters are in store only.

Yes they do. I just got The Surge a couple days ago price matching at Target since it's under $20 on Amazon. They give me shit like they usually do about "not matching Amazon Prime" but with some kind, yet slightly curt, explaining that Prime only affects shipping and that it's the same price whether you have Prime or not, they finally cave. At least in my experience.

It's right in their store policy that they DO PM Amazon. If it comes down to it, have the PM policy ready on your phone.

In the many years I've bought games on Black Friday, you may have to walk into a store because the games won't be offered online, but you don't have to be there when they open. They've always had a ridiculous number of the advertised games and movies. So, you could get there after 9AM on Black Friday and it won't be very crowded and they'll still have plenty of whatever game you want.

Yeah totally agree with this every game I've bought has still been there around 9-10am long after the doorbusters.

 
Is Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite just not gonna be on sale anywhere for Black Friday? So far none of the big three have advertised it going on sale.
 
These deals will be online Wednesday right?
While I am Elite Plus with Best Buy, which means I get early access.. but I want to grab the Explorer Edition.
