And you can see the drop in quality that has created. I love bundles as much as the next guy, but I'd rather Blink be more sporadic and come out with great bundles than settle for something less just to get them out more regularly.

Given the current options of either bad bundles spread out or bad bundles right after each other, I'd rather have a steady stream of bad bundles to give me better odds of finding at least one worth buying. The truth of the matter is give them a month or a week, they still have the same limited pool of games to bundle so waiting just means another bundle full of repeats.

The core of the bad bundles problem that Steam has opened to shovelware. Too many bundles appears with lots of bad games, because too many bad games are primarily released on Steam. Furthermore, all of the devs want to earn some money with their work, so they are bundling those games.

I agree. It's gotten to the point where the new indie games aren't getting noticed or sold because the front page defaults now to the top sellers now and because there's just so many of them, most of them don't really stand out, the devs don't promote and probably don't know how and the quality really isn't there for most new releases (if it ever was) so they almost have to bundle just to get some kind of income.

 
So yeah. Hopefully there'll be some news soon. :) 
Also, I just kind of want to bump the post up to get people's hopes up and then make them sad. Because I'm a horrible person.

 
I would think things aren't looking good for the Blink Bundle since it's been over a month between bundles and they supposedly had some lined up just afterwards. Casey hasn't posted in the thread since early July. Too bad.

 
More like pee on bundle, amirite?  Casey, if you're still alive, breh, do us a solid and point some fresh and quality games in this and don't listen to the +1'ers or the card bandits.

 
I don't think he's coming back here because we all threw rotten tomatoes at him for daring to follow up the freshest of the fresh with some overly ripe pricey assortments of fruits and nuts.

I think that's what people on CAG just naturally do complain. I've done it too, and we're cheap. We're also loyal when we see what we like, such as Ashes to racing stuff, and me to Visual novels and RPGMaker games. I hope for the best for this bundle and as long as they never pull an IndieRoyale I'm a-ok with them. 

 
Casey hasn't been ignoring us. He left Blink, so he won't be posting here anymore. He asked me to let you guys know, so it's official now.

So it's time to close this thread? Will there be more Blink Bundles? I'm guessing yes to the second at least but wont quite be the same without Casey.

Given how little traffic this thread gets even when there is a Blink running, it'd be a fine idea to let this thread fade into the ether and just relegate Blink talk to the steam thread.

Unless, of course, we randomly get a new rep if/when the next blink hits.

 
Well if Casey is gonna start up a competing bundle, why bump the competitions' threads? 'cause this one would totally account for, like, about 13 purchases.

With the last update from facebook, is should not be allowed to force poeple to like a page to get something in exchange... even so, I don't know if Facebook will take that out before they have no more keys available.

 
Maybe you don't have to do all that stuff? I was able to skip retweeting and sharing but I did follow and like, so maybe you can just click enter without doing any of that and only have to let woobox access your account? Someone try it!

Well that rule is obviously enforced about as well as Amazon's must have a US address to buy digital PC games policy.

That rule is working right now for 2K games at least. They implemented less than a week, but as you know there will be always ways to circumvent this.
