the thing is with that match. Is most of our team was just fuckin around, not doing our regular jobs. Like i would go and get their sniper rifle instead of getting the rockets that i usually get. Also, while on offense, we kept trying to shnozberry it.
 
yesterday my team lost a team slayer match 47-50

i had 30 kills, my teamates had 7, 7, and 3 kills... i was slightly mad.

This was the g/f's first BTB. I hopped in the wraith at the beginning and lived until 4 seconds before the game was over. after getting a few kills playing defense I realized they had their wraith behind their base so I drove over and harassed their vehicles and turret from behind the wall in the middle. their wraith came to contest me but had lousy accuracy and I was able to take it out. then I sat there killing people until another wraith popped up and a guy I know hopped in that one and we started shelling their base nonstop until they mobbed his wraith 3 at a time. once I reached the overkill medal it would just say "overkill" every 5 kills but only awarded me the medal once.

why thank you shrike, i was quite pleased to. i just picked up the sniper and started going to town on them. i was pleased to same the least. i am starting to be a killing robot....which is lower than a killing machine. so yeah.

Methinks we'll have to put her through her paces tonight at practice.
 
She's barely played Halo 2. I'd think the lack of death would at least be something to be proud of. plus she hates CTF and didnt know the map. for a complete noob I'm proud of how she's doing. plus I like her Gamertag. I only wish I had registered mine as Lord Girion.

5 free kills next game to the person that can tell me what Girion was lord of, who killed him, and the book it happens in.

For barely playing Halo 2, I think she did well, no question from me there. If she hates CTF, she might run from some of our matches. We can get her to love CTF. :D

Girion was Lord of Dale, Smaug killed him, and I don't remember the book. :(
 
how can you know those two but not know the book? I must have posted the history on some "where is your SN" thread.
 
today i was playing team slayer with a friend, as soon as the match starts one of our teammates gets a kill then him and the other player on our team quit so it was just me and my friend playing against 4 guys.

they were up like 10-1 and i was mad at my friend about something so i got in the banshee and just flew around not trying to kill anybody for like 2-3 minutes... and while i was doing that my friend was eating a hamburger and not playing


i finally got bored so i started killing people and i got like 6-8 kills before they blew me up with a rocket.

then i got the sniper rifle and did fairly well with it

we ended up being up 31-29 with 2 minutes left so we hid. one guy found us and killed me and my friend then jumped off the edge on accident.

so me and my friend hide again and i get shotgun, a guy finds us, i kill him, and then kill his friend, and i die.

few seconds later we win 35-30 and i had 29 kills
 
I'm afraid you guys have to find 2 new Staff players. Z and I are officially retiring from Halo 2. We simply can't get any better. It's rather moot at this point.

ryan, gaelan, Craven and I ended up doing Team Training, with CTF Fast on Lockout. On the second offensive push, we stopped scoring right before the score point on the top of the map. We dug in and held it, killing them left and right for over 15 minutes at the top of the map, as well as seeking them out. We were going to hold it out until they quit or we made it to 12:30 EST. I was about to take a victory lap around the map when I hit the score spot and ended it early.
