YAH DID I MEAN was, and yeah it was his clan, but the rest of the people in the room, was making a big deal of it prior, as was he, love sending them crying back to there clan
 
Tonight Pimp, Crymson, Green, & I went without a loss for a strong 4 wins & 3 ties in Skirmish...for as much as Assault sucks, we had great strategy and went nearly 100% in both Ivory Tower & Zanzibar....kill then plant...rinse/repeat
 
Rock, Crymson, pimpin and I ran our minor clan rank from 8 up to 10.

We had some nice highlights from this evening's endeavors:

Solid & strong win on Neutral Bomb Fast on Midship, 3-1. Only reason they picked up a point is because we all spawned in their base.

3-0 domination in CTF Classic on Midship.

CTF Classic on Midship, down 2-0, with a little more than 3 minutes left, and we came back to win 3-2. Last score was Rock grabbing the flag, tossing it into the center, where it ended up right in front of me, 2 seconds after I spawned down below. Ran it to the final score. Really pissed off the other side with the win.

Solid win on Team Slayer at Ivory Tower. Shot one of them right out of the air mid-jump with the rocket launcher.
Look, it's the same guys we just beat the game before in Team Slayer! Assault on Zanzibar.

Attack of the pre-teens. Check out their clan name.

50-23 win over the other side in Team Slayer on Burial Mounds.

The crown jewel of the night, which had us get to 10. Team Ball on Ivory Tower. I was at the lead of the pack of us, ran into the entire other side with the ball, killed the lead guy, killed the next two for a double kill, assassinated the ball carrier for the triple kill. 7 seconds to go, was jumping backwards away from the other side trying to keep the ball long enough to win. And we did win. To the bitching and congrats of the other side.

I don't damn believe it myself. We were at 2:59 for a good 40 seconds or so while they had the ball. Murc killed 'em at the last possible moment. You should have heard me z and I upon hearing Game Over when we still thought they had won.

This was pretty crazy too. When the game was supposed to end, each team had only one point and each team kept grabbing the flag as they would return. One of the most intense CTFs I've ever played. I feel like I know Midship better than my hometown now.

You guys must've been beside yourself on that squeak it out in a moment win. I'm still in shock in that Team Ball game where I ran down the whole other side and pulled it out. They were screaming BS like mad, and I could only tell them "Well, when I killed your entire team personally and kept the ball long enough to win, how's that BS?". They shut up and left after that. :D

Good game, except it was a Neutral Bomb Fast. Ridiculous amounts of killing defense on both sides, though no one scored a bomb plant. Great defense, curious to where the offense ended up. I'd chalk it up to working with three random people who you didn't know any teamwork with and couldn't get anything done.

Yet one more reason why I don't like Team Skirmish with people I don't know.

way to rain on my parade shrike. but yeah, random people and they just end up spawning in their base even when we were camped outside of it. oh well its been a great day so far on there.
 
That Midship game was great. I actually left good feedback for the other guys since they werent talking shit and gave us such a nail biting game. My deaths were huge in that game but that was because they had 2 guys defending the flag carrier and I kept running up in there to try and kill him and return it. oh well. kept them from organizing any kind of offense or well put together defense. it was too easy to get into their base room in the first place.

Trust me, the last thing I'd want to do is to rain on your parade. I'm not. It's a great number of kills and medals, and that's a great achievement. It's just a game that ended in a tie. And I hate a tie more than a loss.

And Jimmie, Ugamer, and I. We played clan matches last night too and won every one I believe. Me, Jimmie, and U played 3 on 3 and had some really intense matches but we still won each time.

Then we'll call it a double group effort. We took a couple on the chin, 2 or 3 matches, though the rest were solid wins.

So here's my first and probably only bragging post.

Last night after everyone went into matchmaking, Radago (sp?) and I joined up in a TS matchmaking effort. We ended up on Burial Grounds, and after the other teams initial push for the base ended with a burning hog, two of their guys quit. Tough break for them, but that's how it goes when you open yourself to random asshats in matchmaking. We have the lead, then we go to blue screen. I figure somebody has left or cheating. When we get back to the game, everything seems normal.

I am asking if anyone sees red team...no response. I get sniped soon after and realize 3 of my guys have dropped leaving me flying solo. Now its 2 vs 1 and we are tied at 26 or 27 kills apiece with a minute to go. The good news is that I have the ghost and have a visual on both members of the red team. I stalk them in the ghost and pick an opportunity for a well timed road kill. Since I'm up by 1 kill, I fly around the perimeter and run the clock down.

Not the prettiest win, but I'll take it. I'd post the bungie.net link, but I'm at work and big brother is watching.

i cant figure how all these posts are attainted, i post like a madman, and i go nowhere, its a pain, plus i would like to say i did pretty good on yesterdays custom slayer matches, though im not saying much i had to add some relevant info to this topic. see you on the, post filled battlefield :twisted:

The other night, when I was playing a rumble training on Colousus (Not to sure if that's spelled right) just to be an ass hole. I grabbed the beam rifle and started to walk over to blue side. Well, the hole that the barrles go threw is where my increadible shot happend. This guy just ran up the ramp and with no scope I dropped down the hole and fired. Right then I was like "Oh dude!" because I knew it had hit him. Then it said "You sniped (Forgot the name)" Arikado was sitting right next to me, verbally stroking my balls. :lol: But yeah, we were just like "Oh my god" That has gotta be the sickest shot I've pulled off in my unzoomed sniping

They were quite pissed when they lost. Which wasn't a surprise, since we did let the lead slip away for a bit, down by 10, and we clawed our way back to the end, where it flip-flopped back and forth on who had the lead.

Damn good game, and yes, that last kill is what did it, since I was being double-teamed by two of the other side at the time it went down.
