No release dates yet, but I'm sure the sku's will be available by the fall to reserved them. Please be patient, but you can always call your local GameStop and ask about upcoming accessories/hardware release dates to stay informed or visit www.gamestop.com
.
MadCatz realize that people love to modify their sicks, so they incorporated 'replaceable face plates/artwork' and other modifiable features.
.
Yes, they will be available for both consoles.
.
The button layout is straight out set to any standard Capcom fighter default buttons. Which translate to... just plug in and play, unless you're a weirdo and like having your buttons backwards.
.
No. They will not be packaged together with the game or bundled.
.
Pricing. Yes, expensive for the Tournament Edition, but worth every cent. That is why you should bring in some games and other accessories you no longer play/use to trade in towards it. Right now, Wireless 360 are $18 store credit plus 10% with your Edge Card stacked with any current promotions going on at the time of trade. < I'll be doing this myself.

About the pads... they imitate the best if not one of the best pads ever made, the Jap Sega Saturn pad, which everyone loves!! Actually, if you go to the front page and check the archives under the hardware section, I believe James Chen wrote about this. Check it out... so for those who enjoy playing on pad, this is what you want!

I hope this helps answer some questions as MarkMan said, these are NOT the final design as they are still doing research, testing, and etc...
