Hi everyone.

I'll be hosting a gaming night this Friday, 3/21 at 9 PM EST. Please add CAG R6V2, as my friends list is full. All are welcome, regardless of experience or skill.

We will also discuss in here what nights work for people. I know some people prefer Wednesdays (Thursdays are COD4 for most CAGS), but Friday works better for me personally. So feel free to post in here and give us some input. Last summer we had a great group weekly going for the original Rainbow 6 Vegas, and I hope to see the same happen here!

btw, I'm loving how the new XP system works.
 
Wednesdays are usually better for me, but I should be able to make it on Friday most of the time. I'll be on later tomorrow so I'll try to jump into some games then.

As the OP states, send a FR to CAG R6V2 to be included. I am maintaining the list and will make sure to keep it up to date. If anyone is ever looking to play some T-Hunt or Co-Op just take a look at CAG R6V2 friends and send out some invites.

I'm down when I'm around. This Friday, I'll be out of town, but gaming with Wowous and the other folks from the original RSix night is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

I need to do some T-Hunt with this game. I didn't do nearly enough of that the first time around.
 
I just got the game yesterday so you can count me in. I remember playing the first rsv and those were pretty fun and hilarious nights.

Ditto on the Wednesday...If I can't join you guys on Friday's...I'll be there on Wednesdays.
 
I'm definitely in! Wednesdays are better for me, by the way! (if it matters!)

By the way, I've never player VEGAS #1, so............................................................I may suck a lot at first! :(

I sent one to ThatDamnDave. I was being an ass though. I can't wait to play with CAGs. I have been doing Terrorist Hunt with randoms and a CAG here and there, but I want a full on CAG room.
 
i'm on the list, but i have a social agenda every friday night. sunday nights may suffice. anyone may send an invite any time. i'm always down

Ha, I didn't listen to that invite because girlfriend was asleep next to me and I didn't have the headset in. Thanks.

Everyone get on now. All skins are naked chicks and the guns are dildos! No joke, this shit is real. Or I just want some people to play with! Pick one. See everyone in an hour.
 
Well I was hoping for the game to come in the mail today and it didn't happen. I'll bug you guys a lot when I finally get it since I am down for killing those terrorist bastards.
 
We played from about 9 PM - 11:30 PM as a group. Then 4 of went and did the THunt missions. We had a pretty full room almost the entire time, which is pretty good for release week and a Friday night. Sorry for those of you who weren't able to get in, or get in quickly.

Also, I will add this to the first post, but please make sure to download Streets and the Comcast Map. I lost about half the CAGs when I loaded it up near the end of the night.

I still can't believe I went 11-1 in that first game I played in. That's the best I've ever done in any Rainbow game! (Of course my only Rainbow experience is just Rogue Spear on PC and Vegas 1.)
 
damn Wow...you were totally kicking our ass yesterday. Fun times...I just suck...I need to learn the maps and get better at shooting.
 
That was my first time playing most of the maps (not the returning ones from R61, but there's only about 4 of them). I'm just lucky that I've been playing FPS for eons and was in the zone last night.
 
Was that killhouse level from the first Vegas? I think I remember it from one of the tourneys that GameSpot ran last year for Vegas.

I downloaded those two new maps once I noticed where to unlock them in the menu.
 
Ya, we got owned if I recall. That's probably the best counter-strategy to the map (the normal strategy is to camp the two sides and snipe)
 
I just hope I wasn't getting to bossy. Go here, do that, blah, blah, blah. We died a ton times less than when I was playing with my other friend who would open the door while i was snake camming it. We should finish up the game asap. That was badass.

I'm in the same boat, but with buy.com. I'll be looking for you online in a few days when I get my Internet back - would love to go through some campaign missions co-op.

I got mine today, so you might be getting it very soon. Fortunately, I bought one Fri. since I couldn't wait or else I'd shoot myself. Had a gift card. Already got a buyer for the one that came. :)
