Hey guys just dropping in to say I won't be online this week, I'll actually be in Arizona till Friday. I'm going to try to get a 1600 point card there so I can download the maps on Saturday when I return. Well, hope to catch you guys this weekend, take care and play hard! ;)

These are certainly professionals.. I am a handy home owner, but I will be damned if I would ever break into my own foundation and tear down a bathroom and then break into more foundation.. Anything involving water and plumbing, I always get a Pro to do it.... This is a $13k expense that the Wife and I were not counting on, but luckily the last 3 months have been rather good to us and had some extra money to pay for it... DAMN OLD HOUSE WITH OLD PIPES

Not wanting to fiddle with the more vital, intricate part of a house sounds smart. I suppose had you tried things and things turned out worse it would cost even more - and that would just suck exponentially more. x_x;

Yeah, sucks major ass... 15ft worth of breaking concrete, demolishing a full bathroom, replace Main exit pipe, shower pipe, toilet pipe, sink pipe, laundry pipe, plus new clean out drain, 2 vent pipes, then relaying all the concrete, a full installed new tile floor, a complete full tile shower, new Marble vanity, a pretty cool faucet and shower head (so a completely renovated bathroom)... its really only like $4-5k in parts, the rest is all the labor... Its going to take 4-5guys 3 days just to fix the issue and relay the concrete. Then another 4 days to remodel everything once all the parts come in... Here is a pic I just took. They have been working for like 4hours today (today was the start date).

Alright, so this just popped into my head from last night and I don't know who said it, but I remember just cracking up for like 5 minutes.

It was on the headshots only match at Vacant and the team I was on had been quiet for about 5 minutes and someone was just said, "Damn...It is so quiet." Someone else replied with, "This shit is intense, it is impossible to talk and focus."

Yea, maybe it wasn't that funny now, but I guess you had to be there.

Yeah...that was me. And I still stand by that statement! I was like an inch away from my screen, just staring intensely at every little detail...

Haha, it wasn't you. One of my friends changed his name and that got me thinking about doing it myself. I've had that name since like 8th grade, so after like nine years I felt it was time for a change.

But man, after all the grenade spamming, sniper whoring, spawn camping matches tonight I'm absolutely sick of this game. I'm probably not going to play it for the rest of the week to see if I can get over some of the frustration. I have played nothing but COD4 daily for the past two and a half weeks straight, so it is time to mix it up.
 
I was just in the shower following my workout, and visions not of sugar plums, but of COD4 were dancing in my head. I'm pretty sure no one but Chase will get the reference, but randomly, the thought came to me that sometime, I should cut a promo introducing our group that goes a little something like this:

COD4 and Uno.....need some gaming variety but I join for the CAG-talk. Yeah, and that match tonight with 0 kills was pretty awful for me....I think I was just distracted by Henifer Lopez's taco flavored kisses.

Maybe I'll finally open my copy of Assassin's Creed.

Tonight was the worst COD4 experience for me since I started playing.
I might take a break from this and play some stuff ive been slacking on
like BioShock, or maybe Army of Two, and as always, TEAM FORTRESS 2 :D
 
did it get bad after i left?
we had one rough game against that clan but it didnt seem terribly bad overall.
they werent individually really good, just worked a strategy well.
 
I'm going to have to agree with xcoax/xH4VE HEARTX and Khondor and say that last night was the worst night of Call of Duty I've had, and it made me never want to play it again. I've been wanting to scale back on it in favor of the single-player games I've been neglecting, so now I have an excuse. Then again, the new maps come out tomorrow, so maybe I'll just take a one-day break :)

The new code for electrical sockets call for them to up that way now.. Dont ask me why, but all of them are that way in my newly finished basement (There is a reason for it, just cant remember).
 
Man....I just read this thread here at work, and there's so much funny shit to respond to....I'll just say;

Matt Young...thank you for the new nickname,...and yes, I am DEFINITELY the Billy Gunn (aka MR.ASS) of the CAG team.

Also, to Fleshribbon, that Jennifer Lopez stuff was hilarious, I got killed like 10 times cause I was laughing at that shit.

Our "old pedophile guy from family guy" voices were cracking me up as well....and creeping me out.

And finally, I will also not play this game until probably Saturday Night. I'm a little burned out on it, and yesterday sucked a lot. For those of you wondering, in the one hour that I was online, we played three different clans, all of which must have been former boy scouts, cause those mother f-ers were CAMPING THE ENTIRE GAME.

At one point, I was like "YES, Domination! You can't camp that much in THIS game." Of course, JohnQuincyAdams was like...."of course they can camp in domination!!!" And...they did. And...they killed us. And...they talked shit. And...they hurt my feelings. And...it happened over and over again with two other teams.

It is a day that will live in infamy.

Like I said earlier, these new maps better be amazing, because other than playing with the CAGS, I never play this game, and I'm starting to be very glad that I still don't own this game. (don't ask.)

Last night was awful. I couldn't get a decent groove going and was getting frustrated when dieing to enemies that were wielding Shotguns coupled with the Juggernaut perk. That combo really gets under my skin for some reason. I hope that the rumor of Infinity Ward removing Juggernaut becomes a reality.

Also, the new spawn points and the revamped spawning system introduced with the patch, quite simply, suck. Grenade spamming is much more prevalent now.

Also, I agree with DC, the removal of Juggernaut would rid the game of a noticeable amount of obnoxiousness. It's probably my least favorite part of the game that could be resolved without much complaint.

I suggest picking up Alaskan Adventures if you are going to take a break from CoD4. You cannot beat hunting Beaver with a handgun! TRUST ME! ;)
