CAG Gaming Group - Call of Duty 4 Thursdays

Well, as someone who refused to Prestige, my present goals include surpassing JQ in wins (285 to go), Khondor in kills (3846 to go), and you (Baconator Life Pump) in score (110023 to go).

Haha, I mean stupid like something that would really piss people off when they got killed in that manner. Basically anything that would elicit a trademarked "WHAT?!?" from JQA.

My plasma grenade only technique in Halo 3 doesn't make too much sense, but its way more satisfying than taking someone down with a battle rifle. I'm sure the same applies to running around stealthily with C4 and martyrdom.

Count me in on the GoW gaming. I played it one day on XBL and encountered all the stereotypical racist pre-teens and have never bothered going back since. Is the online co-op only 2 player?

A few things...

1) Played with JQA and Triple H last night and Blood... I didn't know JQA knew more than one word until I played last night... But it was good fun for the short while.

2) Twen you weren't really in a DDR tourney were you?

3) I had a crazy ass match today with my new favorite carrying luggage (3X special grenade)... It was on Bog and was a normal TDM and put up 20 assists. I was chucking stuns like a drunk retard with tourettes. I ended up finishing 15 K - 20 A - and 5 D
 
Lots 'o' fun last night, gentlemen. NessFK (Samus), it's cool to play with ya, bro,...but you're going to have to drop out of school if you wanna level up in the game! ;)

Also, that one domination we played where we won by, what, 3 points? HOLY CRAP, I sharted so bad when that happened.

I'm pretty sure that Zeus Rambo - AKA Matt Young - doesn't exist because in all my time playing COD 4 I've never played a match with him.
 
I've played with you before, Rudy. It's just that now I only play on Thursdays and sometimes late at night with twenzor and/or FrankySox. I haven't played daily or extensively since double XP ended. Lately, my addiction has been NHL 08, which I acquired a week ago.
 
Played last night, damn it's been a while it is like I never played before. I need to freshen up. :lol:

And NHL 08 is pretty rad, I need to pick it up instead of just renting it.
 
I'll be on possibly tonight if I feel like it, and definitely be on Thursday night.

By the way Simon, lets just say I did better then before; I've been so out of it for quite some time, and just have been getting back in for 7 months:

Well, I got my first "you have no life." comment about the gold cross... followed closely by calling me gay and a camper, of course. I don't know why an arrangement of pixels on a tv screen changes the perception of how a person plays. Like, somewhere between the 9th and 10th prestieges I became some sort of no-life-having Call of Duty 4 gaming god.

Really, the game has been out over half a year. I haven't really played anything else since it came out. Most anyone could be a gold cross by this point if they had spent the majority of their gaming time playing COD4 since launch.

just ignore those comments, cause you will get them a ton. even if you place in the middle of the scoreboard, you will still be the one picked out every time unless someone else in the room is a gold cross. i got my gold cross in jan. and i am already on the 3rd or 4th prestige on my second account, but it is the only game i play as well.

Dont forget to mention, all this was said by some little Kid, who im sure has Sooooo much more of a life. You know with 7th grade, boy scout meetings, and all, his life must be a real whirlwind.... :lol:

Also, sorry I didn't play with you CAGs early in the night. It wasn't right having Both Simon and Twen in the same room and things not being crazy fun. Some of my IRL friends wanted me to play, so I joined in with them as I play with you guys like five nights a week anyway. It actually worked out pretty well as I got to play with four different groups of friends through the night for a little bit, so everyone got a bit of hammie love.
 
Okay so when was AttackingMVP on? Either way, sorry I wasn't up to my normal playing, the drill sargarent known as JQA was breathing down everyones neck and I was tired of it and I had to get some sleep.
 
I didn't get on until 11:30 or so after I watched Lord Stanley's Cup get won once again by the Detroit Red Wings and then I watched some of the interviews and press conferences.

Hopefully I will be able to get on tonight, but I am picking up a car today, so I think I am going to be doing some cruising.

I seriously doubt I'll leave the house at all except for my workouts on Saturday and Sunday, and to hit up Target on Sunday to buy Gears and Assassin's Creed and get a free copy of Mass Effect with that deal they'll have.

Looks like the east coasters include many Celtics fans.

It sucks that few CAGs are playing COD4 when I get on. fuck time zones. Before, I'd watch Smallville and Lost on Thursdays. Now, for tonight and next week (and possibly the following Thursday) it's the Lakers.

Haha, yeah. I had completely forgotten it was CAG Thursday. All I could think about was watching the Celtics, so when Simon was like "Yay COD Thursday!" it finally dawned on me. Good game and good games tonight. I should be free pretty much all this weekend for Double XP until game 2 on Sunday, though it doesn't really affect me due to being a 47 already. It will make those rediculously long final 8 levels not seem as long though...

We need to have another rooftop grenade death party on overgrown again one of these days. I was watching the videos again yesterday, and I almost pee-peed everywhere from laughter!!!!!!

I should be on just about all weekend. I am house-sitting/dog-sitting/cat-sitting for my brother and his wife, so chances are that's all I will be doing.

I am on 6th prestige right now and about half way through. My goal is to get half way through 7 by Saturday night and to 8 by sunday night.

They'll probably do another one when/if they release a second map pack.

I've already made it to level 50 just goofing around. I did get the red tiger on the M40 sniper though... I'm thinking the Gold Dragunov might acutally be the easiest one to get.

that was the first golden weapon i got actually, but the r700 headshots are a real pain to get. you have to hold your breath a lot longer with this one than any other sniper to make it even decently accurate.
