well for those of you who played with my clan last night, that was fun. sorry i kind of had to tell you to go, but i had another player get on and since i didn't want to seperate you guys by asking one to leave, i figured the best thing to do was have all of you split off and pick up the others that got online.

also, were any of you in the room when we played the "rape" clan who was "number 3 on gamebattles"? if you weren't, that was one of the funniest matches i have played in for a long time. they had 4 gold crosses and were talking trash before the game started, we went on to beat them by at least 20 kills and i think my team had 1 or 2 randoms on it. it was fun watching them back out after the match was over to me saying "bye bitches!"

true enough, even i can have a hard time finding people to kill playing with my team when it is full. tonight i played 3 matches and we won 1000 - 240, 1000 - 350, and a domination 200 - around 110, but the other teams max kills was like 15 while at least 4 of us had 30+ with helicopters we couldn't call in.

Hey fwiw, I do that at work too.

I remember when a girl was scanning in my spot while I was unloading, and on my way back, my supervisor was like "Now, don't hit on her"...

He's gone for a while, because his wife had a baby last week, so you can imagine who I've been talking to at work for the past 2 weeks :D

can you loose XP in COD4?

I was about 1000 XP for the next prestige
then we had the infamous 'Simon says "Dont back out, lets see how we do" Match'.
You know the one domination match on ambush, where Hamster was on the other team
and we got totally anihilated, if you where there im sure you still feel the pain.

anywho....

After that match, that I went 12-0-17 in
I check my XP needed, and it was up to 2336.. WTF????????

I blame SIMON DI.

I've noticed this happening a couple of times, but I always thought I was crazy. It probably has something to do with the crappy performance of XBL last night. We had a ton of games that never reached their end. I would imagine that this type of behavior causes problems with the Infinity Ward servers.

This is all just a guess. Simon could still very well be the cause.
 
Yeah, I don't think you lose XP for backing out--it just counts as a loss.

That was probably just issues with the CoD4 severs and/or XBL. A lot of people mentioned losing XP (and even whole ranks) during the XBL fuck up after Christmas.

I really wish I could have joined you guys last night, but work has been kicking my ass. Working extremely long hours and being "ineligible" by law for overtime pay is just wonderful.

i don't think you can lose xp, but the losing ranks thing is because when you first prestige again, if you do not get a kill before cutting your system off it does not recognize your rank for some reason or another.

Anyways, I am officially dubbing tonight:
SDI's CAG COD BIRTHDAY PAJAMA BASH.

This, of course, means that you have to be wearing pajamas (or less) when playing tonight, and during the match, each of you can "knife" me twenty-five times to commemorate my b-day.

Hahaha, Twenzor just went into alpha male mode and wouldn't shut up to the girl. It was quite hilarious. And speaking of hilarious, everyone should download episode six of his podcast. I was literally laughing out loud. MVP's date and serial shitter stories had me in tears. Who was doing the Snake voice by the way?

Yes Khondor I actually lost a whole level once while playing when we were getting a bunch of error messages. I know I did because I went from level 39 to 40 and unlocked the P90 and played a few matches with it and the next time I logged on I had no P90. I'd say its entirely possible this happened to you since my error messages were getting error messages last night.

Also, during that particular match, it was so funny just hanging out in your spawn the entire time. I was trying to help you guys out by making you spawn on the other side, but it apparently didn't work. I know Wet Ninja either caught on or just plain didn't see me every time because he would just run straight by me. DCriminal got a great surprise when I just crouched by him while he was reloading the RPD. I ended up getting knifed in the face though. haha I know the only kills I got were on the randoms on your team and whatever happened by my martyrdom grenades.

I had to cut a lot of shit out of the 2nd half of the podcast, mostly when he was playing a shitload of sound effects. It got really annoying. Not like when I play sound effects.
 
Sorry I couldn't make it on ... I had a tire blow out on the way home and I nearly died putting on my spare on a dark potion of Interstate 5.

I'm fine, but a new set of tires will serious affect my new game purchases in the next few weeks.
 
Happy birthday Simon! The COD4 portion of the night was fun but the GTA jump ramp was the greatest part of my night. That was the most fun I have had playing GTA IV yet.

I can't wait to see the highlights later!

Crap. You guys played GTA tonight? I've been wanting to mess around with that lately, but it seems like every time I join a game its like they have to use the most asshole-ish settings possible. It'll be like six people in the room and the host will set it up for the entire map with no auto-aim for sixty minutes.

I actually left relatively early tonight because I was completely disinterested in playing for some reason. Probably something to do with the last three maps all being downpour and the random people in the game ruining it for me. I did end up with near 50 headshots with the G36c from the time I was there. Something just connected between me and that gun.
 
I never did get to play on Simon's team. After I was booted due to having to shit between matches, I didn't get back on since my contacts were so dried out, I coudn't see anything.

Since it is now Friday, though, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIMON! This will be the only place I get to wish you one since I can't get on MySpace. :(

Yep, completely didn't see you. I was just trying to run for it and make it over to the other side to change up the spawns. I did make it over to A at one point, and I killed one guy that came after me, but then two more showed up and killed me before I could capture it.

Sorry I missed the fun last night. I was so tired from playing so late the night before that I decided it would be best not to play CoD last night (I never seem to be able to sign off at a decent time when I play it). I just played the PixelJunk Monsters demo and went to bed early. I should be on tonight or tomorrow night.
