CAG GTAIV Night: Same Bat-Time, Same Bat-Channel[ 9/2 @ 10pm EST ]

I'm going Christmas shopping with the gf tonight, so I doubt I'll be on until 2 am or after, since we may watch a few movies after going back to her place.

But again, if any of you see me on later at night and I'm playing GTA IV or LBP and you want to invite me to your game or whatever, lemme know.

I apologize again for my horrible driving skills. It's probably not much of a consolation, but I'm not much better in real life. ;)

Please tell me you're being sarcastic or joking, since everybody knows that aside from Three Leaf Clover the Snow Storm is the toughest friggin' mission in the whole damn game.

I absolutely HATED that mission. The initial firefight was ok, but getting away from the NOOSE people was a pain in the ass.

I would like a race with some speed bikes down a course with not many turns. Also a couple of regular manual aim deathmatches with 5-10 second respawn as I like to run over my defeated foes. A 5 minute fistfight could also be amusing.

I still prefer to bring the pain with an attack chopper from either the airport or the Algonquin heli-tour place, but since we usually play only 10 minute games on CAG GTA night it makes it nearly impossible to go there and get a chopper and annihilate people before time runs out.:lol:

Mind you, the typical vehicular homicide I pull in matches against other friends online works just as well, but it's not nearly as funny.

I remember the one time I brought a chopper back in another TDM game and the members of one of the other teams were like WHOA as I swooped down and pulled a 28 Weeks Later on them with the blades.:lol:
 
Hey you guys, it looks like I won't be able to play GTA with y'all tonight... :(
I have to go get my sister and her friend from San Francisco. Maybe I'll catch you guys in the last couple of games or so (hopefully if I come back in time). T^T
 
The Dark Knight just showed up from Netflix, but I'm still going to host tonight because I love you all. Except freaky and his dirty mouth.

I'll be on the single player for a bit before the game so please don't hammer me with INVITE??? messages until after the game has started. Everyone always gets an invite. :)
 
Looks like my connection crapped out so I'm outtie.

Also kube if you actually used a headset from time to time you could berate your teammates in the game! :bouncy:
 
Arg I just got my headset today and wanted to play, but couldn't get it set up in time. I guess I'll use the week to practice, seeing as how I haven't played this game in a while.
 
We started off with a projectile DM in the prison, which was a good time. My favorite part though was we did a GTA Race on Drag Kings (the long, straight course in west Algonquin) and a bunch of us just started messing around and trying to shoot people who were still racing. I had a nice roadblock set up at one point but still got crushed quite a few times. :D

Also someone who sounded a lot like xxx prank called me during the 2v2v2v2 rocket DM!! What in the world!

Maybe whoever that person was will remember how to hang up on someone next time they decide to pull a similar prank, instead of just backing out of the phone interface with O and leaving the call connected.

Hope everyone who finished that race early enjoyed watching the carnage that unfolded. I was afraid you might get bored and leave the game if we didn't end it soon.

Also, you can shoot the driver of an oncoming car and kill them, but that doesn't mean the dead body is going to hit the brakes and stop it from running you over if you're standing in its path.
 
Ahh, I missed a good night then... I would have liked to participate in a 4-team deathmatch, and with rockets, no less... them things never bore me. :p

Also haha. I almost forgot, I was setting up another roadblock at the end of the Cannonball when ohvermie plowed into me and I died. Then I panicked and ran ahead to the finish line before noticing that he wasn't even after me and was just there to cause trouble. We should have teamed up to build the most epic roadblock ever!
