TRADE PROPOSALS

Denver Broncos
Willis McGahee, HB, 79 OVR, age 30, POT C
third round draft pick

FOR

New Orleans Saints
Shaun Rogers, DT, 86 OVR, age 32, POT B

Cincinnati Bengals
Cedric Benson, HB, age 28, 81 OVR, POT B

FOR

Houston Texans
Kevin Walter, WR, age 30, 78 OVR, POT B

Still no comments on these trades. I'm going to give it a couple more hours, then I'm pushing them through. Even if people think the trades are fine, just say so. The point of allowing people to weigh in was just to make sure nobody got fleeced.

[quote name='CAGLeagueSports']TRADE ALERT:

Denver Broncos send HB Willis McGahee and a third round draft pick to the New Orleans Saints for DT Shaun Rogers, pending league approval.

Trade alert.

Bengals send RB Cedric Benson (age 28, overall 81, potential B) to Houston for WR Kevin Walter (age 30 , overall 78, potential B)

I'll drop Walter for the Bengals owner as soon as I can. May be later this evening but I'll get it done before 8pm tonite. When can I expect Benson for Pick up?

The patriots are looking for a shutdown CB, Speedy wideout, and a MLB. Please PM me with offers. Even if it sounds crazy - I will consider offers on anyone (except Brady ;) )

Cedric Benson wasn't in the FA pool thusly he wasn't dropped. I dropped Kevin Walter when I got home at 5 thinking Benson was waiting and thusly he wasn't. I have a game tonite at 10 against the raiders. Anyone opposed to me picking Walter back up for the game if by then benson isn't in the FA POOL?

We were supposed to play at 7 but you never signed on. Can you play at around 8:30pm now? The wife is watching a tv show

Well like I said I would try to release him before I left for work, but there was too much going on for me to sign in. I already checked the site, can't do it from there. Nate, can you go in and drop Benson?

My bad dude I wasn't mad or anything and wasn't trying to call you out at all. It was my fault for just releasing and not checking to see.

I'm the new owner of the Steelers. This will be a challenge since I never play with anyone but the Packers (except MUT). CAG private messages are the best way to contact me, but I do get on XBL almost every day.

i really like this league and my team just wondering if we are going to stick with the 4 day advances or if there will be a chance of the league moving up to 3 day advance to try and speed things up and try to get more seasons in. not that im complaining or anything just curious is all and wondering what the projection is for how many seasons this league is trying to make it to is all and everything like that

I don't know. We can try...but I can't get too upset if we're not advancing every 3 days. Even I'm having a bit of trouble keeping up considering the new things going on in my life. Everyone should always try to get their games done as soon as possible anyway. Just making that effort will help things run smoother.

Texans 28
Raiders 35

I can't catch any kind of break! DVO played a great game. Had me down 28-0 after 1st. Scored on his first play up the middle with McFadden.

My offense picked up the ball so to speak to late in the game as 21 of my 28 came in the fourth. Schaub threw a pick 6 on a play to the flats where the ball was lobbed to the sideline where Benson stood waiting (finger slipped off the button causing the lob pass) and DVO was all over it!

Good game DVO I was getting discouraged in playing because honestly I thought I was better than have been playing but lacked a rhythm I think may have kicked in tonite. Hopefully I can start getting some wins so I'm not "that easy win."

Texans Offense:
Schaub- 22/35 336 yards, 2TD, 2 picks including the pick 6.

Benson- 16 carries, 135 yrds and a TD with a long of 59.

Raiders Offense:
Campbell- 4/8 170 yards, 2 TD

MCFadden- 20 carries, 134 yrds, 2 TD

raiders 35 texans 28

game started off as a huge blow out 28-7 halftime score as the raiders fell apart the running game started gettiing stopped and cambell couldnt make four passes in a row.
raiders defense was a huge factor in this game with a total of 5 forced fumbles and 2 ints one returned for a touchdown
this game was an interesting one to say the least but when schuab started getting his WR the ball the game started getting scary for the raiders

GG docb and give urself more credit i didnt let up my game plan got figured out and my defensive plays got weak as i seemed to keep picking the work plays towards the end was much fun hope i face u with the the Boys in the future

Chargers - 17
Broncos - 33
Very fun game between the two AFC West rivals. Broncos were able to put pressure on Rivers all game, getting 9 sacks, 2 turnovers, and a safety. The game stayed close until an Andre Goodman interception back to the one and subsequent touchdown with 1:20 put the game out of reach. Players for both teams were getting banged up, but Denver has to shelf starting halfback Knowshon Moreno for the next month, right after trading backup Willis McGahee.

Good game, silversnake. Lots of fun, looking forward to the rematch.
