CAG League Sports: Madden 12 "JV League" - We Finished 3 Seasons! Thanks Everybody!!!
Idk I told him to finish it out I couldn't get back in so idk what to do.
You could play the CPU.

Yeah, if he wanted it to count, he needed to select "quit and count results" after it dropped. If he chose "quit and do not count results", then the game will need to be played in some capacity (ie. vs. CPU, simmed, do-over, etc). Wins cannot be assigned. Also, there's no longer the option of finishing the game against the CPU like there was in past Maddens. When it drops, you have to choose to count it or not count it. Kinda funny that EA has gotten MORE limiting as the years go on.

well if i choose quit and count game it would give me a win . so i choose not to . soooo if you want ill be on tonight again . just two long games in one night ugh .

Not true. It looks like that and it basically says that ("you will receive a win for this game"), but it gives it to the person winning at the time of the drop. Just for future reference.

Chargers-Broncos is set for 8:30 eastern. Nate, if that's the last game, I can just advance us and promote you back afterwards.

Ugh i didnt know. I get home around 7 from work. If u can get a sub and maybe have them quit on that score or if u wanna wait till after softball. U deserve the win,i just didnt know about the win thing. Any advise n8

I think the best option here is playing the CPU. If Campbell plays the CPU, then he gets a free win. If he loses to the CPU, he kinda deserves the loss ;)

That's really the best way to make sure Campbell gets the win.

Yeah, I agree. Unless you guys just want to replay the game (which is totally up to you). But if N3XTLVL is ok with just taking a loss, then Campbell can just play the CPU. N3XTLVL would have to vacate the Eagles for that to be possible though.

As for advancing, whatever you want to do, Kaster. I'll be available to advance us, so if you want to promote me back before then, that's fine. I usually let the deadline go till around midnight, but depending on the status of those others games, yeah I'd love to advance sooner if possible.

Okay. I wasn't sure if you'd be online. If I'm the last game and/or you're not online, I'll advance us. Otherwise, I'll switch it back to you.

I suppose I can play the comp if he has vacated the eagles by the time I get on this afternoon if not I will play it after my softball games. I really hope I dont lose to the comp lol that would be really fitting.

Broncos fall after a valiant comeback 24-21. Kyle Orton outperformed Tim Tebow. Anybody interested in the (former) Mile High Messiah? Shaq-Fu.

Nate, I made you commissioner again.

Finally I got it in. I hope jacksons not hurt to bad I was really sad for the eagles when he went down they ran the wildcat and he came on the end around and Jared Allen hit him that was it sry nxtlvl

Percy harvins still available if anyones interested

Wow, Matt Young didn't even try to play his game? The Jets are an open team, but I never saw him post about a sub or anything. Gonna have to give him a strike on that one. We'll be advancing shortly.
We've now got two teams open in the other league: Redskins and Eagles. PM me if you're interested in taking over either.
Just to follow up on this, I should point out that the Eagles roster is STACKED beyond belief, and they're 2-2, so not in a bad position at all. Probably the most talented roster we've ever had open up, they're definitely not a reclamation project.

Well, I just got a PM from Matt Young saying that he's getting pretty burned out on Madden, so he's going to drop from this league. I figured it's getting to that time of year where this stuff would probably start happening. I'm hoping enough people stay interested to get through a 3rd season though. That would pretty much take us right to Madden 13, so I think it would be a big accomplishment for us if we could get there.

I'm definatley playing out this season, I don't know about after that. But if we can keep a 15+ stable of players, I'll probably stick around. Once we need subs for every other game, I'll probably say f*ck it.

Can anyone sub for the Jets? I don't think anyone claimed them as a secondary yet. If not, i'd like to play tonight as I work all weekend.
So nobody is claiming the Colts? Is it the CPU that has gone undefeated with them?
Blade had them, but switched to the Titans after he found out Manning went down for the year. We probably need to play some "Who Doesn't Have a Secondary Team?" again since we've got like 3 teams completely open right now. I just hope there's still enough interest for people to want a second team.

lol that funny horn love it . anyhow i have the redskins this week and they are open . so if any one is really bad at this game , can you please sub me . lmao j/k ill be on tonight is anyone wants to step in and woop on my horrible d .

I still need a sub as I play the Jets. I am working late tonight, and I may have to work a bit tomorrow morning. I should be good to play saturday night or sunday all day.

Can a sub take them this week? If so I'm available to play a sub later tonight probably and if not tomorrow should be pretty open.

I could probably sub tonight if you want. Any particular time you're wanting to play?

Colts - 24
Browns - 7

Well, that won't help the power rankings, lol. The Colts used a methodical approach and took advantage of Colt McCoy's terrible accuracy, rushing many of his throws and forcing him to throw 2 picks. Robert Mathis also terrorized him, racking up 3 sacks. Overall, the Indy defense tallied 5 sacks and limited the Browns to 82 yards of total offense. Meanwhile, Joseph Addai and Curtis Painter kept the chains moving for the Colts, and kept the Browns offense off the field, gaining a 14:56 to 5:04 time of possession advantage.

Colts
Curtis Painter - 6-11, 143 yds, 2 TDs, 1 INT
Joseph Addai - 26 att, 124 yds, 1 TD
Dallas Clark - 3 rec, 85 yds, 2 TDs
Austin Collie - 2 rec, 39 yds
Robert Mathis - 3 tackles, 3 sacks

Browns
Colt McCoy - 4-15, 82 yds, 0 TDs, 2 INTs
Peyton Hillis - 8 att, 50 yds, 1 TD
Greg Little - 2 rec, 27 yds
Mike Adams - 8 tackles, 1 INT
TJ Ward - 6 tackles
Joe Haden - 6 tackles
Scott Fujita - 5 tackles
