I hope you guys aren't waiting til the last day to try and get in touch with your opponents...I would like an update at some point on Wednesday as far as who is having trouble getting in contact with their opponent so I can see who has been making an effort to get their game in just in case I have to end up temp-booting some teams on Thursday night. I barely played over half those games and half the ones I played were close losses., so it wasn't nearly as bad as the record would indicate.

If we end up doing 2nd teams, I'm probably going to take the Chiefs as mine. Since Deuce is so confident he's winning the West, maybe you should take the Broncos and we'll see how he does then. ;)

That's 7 people for 8 teams, so I'll take 1 more AFC team. You guys can let me know your top 3 choices (in a PM) in the other conference and I'll do a drawing or something to decide who gets what team.

As I mentioned before: No trading with your other team (obviously), and more importantly if a new player comes along and wants that team you've got to let them take it since we're basically perma-subs. Anyone who would have an issue with that, I'd advise you not to take a 2nd team.

We're not doing it that way as it turns out, everyone should send me the three teams in the other conference that they want and I'm going to do a drawing. I should have the team assignments today.

Deuce - I'll make sure whoever gets Denver can play today or I'll assign someone else.
 
Okay since the Chiefs are now taken we have 7 subs for 7 teams. In the interest of time I took those preferences which were already PMed to me and then drew the rest:

bvharris (NFC) - Steelers
itlnstln (NFC) - Vikings
sprice (AFC) - Cardinals
doom (NFC) - Jaguars
xpg cheesyman (AFC) - Seahawks
siradam (NFC) - Broncos
Appleinthetree (AFC) - Packers

One of the NFC teams had to get a 2nd NFC team since we had an uneven number, itlnstln drew the short straw, though he got a pretty good team out of it. There are a couple instances where someone's teams play each other, but that was somewhat unavoidable. We can cross that bridge when we come to it.

Again, if we get new players (which I hope we do) who come along and want these teams, you've got to give 'em up.

Hello this is your captain here. I Pm'ed Rams soon after the draft and no response...plus last time I checked he hadn't been on xbox live in 4 or 5 days so I might need a sub, but I can give him til Wednesday night. I could play Thursday too depending on when we advance...I got class til 3:15 and usually go out for Dinner or study in the library after class til around 7 p.m. EST...punching out.
 
My opponents (mog + doom, feels familiar).. I'll be around this evening starting from about.. let's say 7:30 EST. Would like to get both games in tonight if you guys are available, though I'll be around tomorrow and Thursday as well.

And MA I'll be handing back over commish reins to you when I get on tonight, probably for good since I'll be doing a lot of switching back and forth between teams. That means you'll have to advance the XFN site as well since only the commish can do it (I can still edit the homepage though).
 
My bad on playing the game against the texans, didn't read the site. I asked if you were done with the draft, I thought we were good to play after that. Sorry guys.

Sent XpG CheesyMan a PM asking when he can play. I can play anytime tonight up until 11pm and I can play from 6-11pm tomorrow night.

I sent a PM to XpG CheesyMan because the OP says he owns them I just wanted to make sure. I just logged onto the game to check and it showed the seahawks not claimed. Just worried about getting my game in. I get married on Friday so I was hoping that the deadline didnt get pushed to Friday and I was out of luck :p

It was lag city for both attempts between Doom and I - not sure if it was my connection or the servers or what, but we're gonna try later.

mog - I should be around later tonight to play our game as well. I need to eat dinner and do a couple chores around the house before I can play more Madden.
