Sorry BV tonight was really busy for me and I still haven't gotten home yet. Been at school from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., some tennis from 7:30 to 9, now I'm at my aunt's house for my uncle's birthday...don't know when I'll be home, but probzies around midnight. I'm gonna have the occasional day like this (usually not this bad) so I hope I don't hold things up as commissioner. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my only days with class, and Wednesdays I'm usually at the library for most of the day...other than that I'll pretty much be home for most of the time. We might have to play hot potato with in-game commissioner status on some Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays if I know I'm gonna be gone for most of the day.
 
No worries man, that's why we're a team. ;)

Right now the only thing on your to-do list is to boot A Hard so the Cards are available for Sprice to switch back and forth.

Also, Doom/Mog I'm around for a while now and hopefully my connection has cleared up. If anyone wants to scrim in the meantime hit me up, I could use some work with the Steelers - though I will have to run if either Mog or Doom comes on.
 
I honestly think Mog uses cheat codes, I'm only half kidding. He just made two picks he had no business even toughing, it's ridiculous.

Haha I'm just joking. you're the best Madden player I've ever seen I have no idea how you do the things you do.

no idea when my power will be back but knowing pepco not tonight .thank god for smartphones. hopefully we can try tomorrow.

Awesome demo. Quite a few minor changes and the only one that bothers me is the new design of the darkspawn. Everything else, I welcome with open arms.

I'll be at the library tomorrow from like 12 p.m. EST til probably 7ish...so the commissioner will be out of commission during that time frame...I don't think I'll be needed though.

I know he plays Madden since I played him last season, but I haven't heard back from my messages either so I think we can safely boot him from the league.. MA, can you handle that when you get a chance?

This opens up another AFC team if anyone else from the NFC wants to sub for a second team.

And I don't know what you're talking about Doom...but he REALLY IS booted, you are probably looking at the other franchise...

Alright I'm leaving the house now and won't be back for several hours...so if anyone needs their opponent to be booted for whatever reason, it's gonna have to wait til early this evening unfortunately.

Brandon I might be able to if I'm off early witch is doutful but were all in the same devision so I'm not sure if I could sub for the dolphins neway

Yeah, you can't sub for a team in your own division or against a team in your own division, so this one would be a double no-no.

I would like to advance by 8 p.m. EST tomorrow night...4 days was pretty generous I think, so I won't wait more than an hour extra for people to play. 9 p.m. EST is the absolute maximum deadline for your games to be FINISHED...so you should start them no later than 8:15ish. P.S. I is finna post up a trading block soon...I'll probably trade off one of my sweet new A potential rookie CBs (Hilliard or McNeil).

On the page before that post, we agreed to play at 5 P.M. Eastern today, so a little more than 45 minutes from now.
 
Mog - I'm saying this in the most friendly way possible: You have won 3 consecutive Super Bowls, no one doubts you are the best player in the league. Diving into the endzone just makes you look like a smug person who is interested in rubbing people's noses in defeat. It's not encouraged or welcome in this league.
 
Two new league rules:

1) If you are up 4 scores and are still trying to hit stick and injure people, you need to seriously re-examine the way you are playing this game. This is a friendly league.

2) If you opponent is down 22 points, has the ball 4th and 8 on his own 22 with 2:08 left and PUNTS YOU THE BALL, and then does not take their timeouts when you get the ball back, it should not take a Rhodes scholar to figure out that they are saying "good game, let's get out of here healthy" and that is the time to kneel it out.

I don't appreciate losing one of my CBs (DJ Moore) for 12 weeks because the best player in the league felt it was incumbent upon himself to run 4 wide formations with under 2 minutes left when I am not calling timeouts.

You have nothing left to prove mog, you need to consider whether you want to be involved in a friendly league or whether you want to prove how much better you are than everyone else. Obviously none of this is anything I can enforce or regulate, but everyone needs to think about what it means to be in a friendly league and whether this is the league for them.
 
Played into the 4th quarter of Chargers/Chiefs twice, and both times the game dropped and said the Chiefs quit. Both games were back and forth contests. Chiefs were winning the first game; Chargers were winning the second game. He said he lost connection to the Maddens servers in the first game (invited me to party after d/c). Second game gave me the same quit message with a few minutes remaining, but he had left the party so I don't know what happened. I can't replay the game again now since I'm already running late.

EDIT: Shane- Not sure if I can play at that time since I have to go to the hospital to get some tests done that didn't get done this past Friday, but I can message you when I get home.

He was around and posting a couple days ago, not sure what's up with him. If you don't hear back by later tonight let me know.

Part of being one of the permanent subs is being hyper-available, so everyone who has 2 teams should be aware of that.
