I personally can do either, though RFG would be more 'fitting'. ;)

I might end up taking the night off from Killzone (well, at least until my wife goes to sleep). I'm 99% sure I'll be playing KZ3 online Saturday night though. A friend of mine is bringing his system over and we'll both be playing.
 
It was a physical backdrop that was actually behind me. I was sick of that weirdo ModNation Racers version of my head (especially since I haven't touched that game in months) and was too lazy to go hunting for a photo (this one is my current Facebook pic).

Side note, the retro map pack is up on slurpee, I got a code. Who doesn't have it?

Nevermind, I have a terrible concept of time. My wife got home already, shortly after I put the kids to bed, so just gonna watch TV. Maybe later on, but I'll definitely be on tomorrow night.

That was sort of what I got from the demo. I wish they didn't shut the thing down so we maybe could have gotten some GFB squad games. As it is, I'll wait for people's opinions to develop.

It is annoying that there is no online co-op.

Is anyone else planning on playing Killzone today? Something came up after RFG and I could never seem to join on friday.

I'm not digging the single player at all, maybe its because I want the pre-patch KZ2 control settings back, this feels like a COD game on steroids, way way way too fast for my taste.

Also maybe its just me but first person cover systems have never worked right for me. Its really hard to tell when your close to a wall when you hit the cover/crouch button if you are close enough to stick or you will just crouch.
 
That may be why I'm not playing the single player like I thought I would... I don't like the lightiness of the controls.

I still like it, but I thought I'd have it done by now and I'm only a few hours in.

Also, MrB, did you get enough saplings?

Alright, I'm done playing KZ3 SP for now. Took me two work evenings to beat it the first time, and then TRW and I played though co-op on Friday night. Finally got some MP in before I had to run off for dinner on Sunday so at least I got my feet wet. So I'm done being a hermit. Just need a Gaelic invite now since I quit the CAG clan (Didn't know that was it was when I clicked on it).

Also doing a little bumpos to bring the thread back up.

Mr. B Hot Springs Story is out from the makers of Game Dev Story. http://itunes.apple.com/app/hot-spri...408854559?mt=8 It's 3.99 right now so I think I'm going to wait on it a bit.
 
and just a game update. almost beat RDR so be trading that out in next week or so. also got another gamefly 2 week trial so dead space 2 and medal of honor are coming. ill still make time if people play kz3. but ima be pretty busy beating those to get em sent back ;)

edit: i guess i just beat it.. ending...bogus

I'd still like to play some more RDR multiplayer one of these days (and I still need to finish the Undead Nightmare campaign).

While we're sharing updates, I finished the KZ3 campaign last night, so if you see me playing it, you can assume I'm online.

MOH for ps3 and ds2 for 360..i should setup my small second tv and play both at the same time. muahaha
 
Just finished Dead Space 2 last night. Awesome sequel. Won't take you that long to complete that either, although depends on the difficulty level.

I agree and I think I'll be buying the 'Severed' DLC here in a couple hours (its like ~1.4 GB!!).

Do any of you GFB'ers need the KZ3 retro map pack?
