Where can I complain to Sony? Swarm was supposed to be 50% off for ps+, and it's only 30% off, therefore I can't buy it with my $5...

- ask for a limit of 15$ monthly purchase group agree for him

some purchase psn card and account was set all was set

Don't take it hard. Really, I just didn't like the games that were going to be bought. I'll try not to offend you but its hard for me to trust someone who is fairly new and has broken English.
