I've been out of the loop with gameshares, I'd just like a share where I can get the game for less than retail.

It didn't really sound like he was offering to share. Maybe offer him $5 for himself. It would still save any group $10 overall.

Lego Batman 2 is great, but if you, like me, played previous Lego games and Lego Pirates you might not enjoy it that much... I dropped it after couple of hours, I will probably continue playing it in a few months lol.

I don't know how (recent) sharing works, but I assume the $5 is for a resellable slot?

No kidding, man, one can dream. Level-5 is just an awesome studio, Jeanne d'Arc and Rogue Galaxy were solid. Crazy they joined forces with Studio Ghibli for Ni no Kuni. One can dream with Chrono Break, as well. I love how the creator of the Chrono series said "Well we'd make another, but people didn't buy our release of Chrono Trigger last time." Maybe because we've bought it four times already.

But yeah, picking a select PSX title is nearly impossible. If I had to, I would go with a very generic one and say Chrono Cross. I loved the story and it still holds up massively over time. Very bizarre story and a lot of fun. If I could cheat, I would say XCom Enemy Unknown. I have played that game to death. I went through 2 PC CDs of it and 3 PSX CDs of it (and they're not cheap). Needless to say, I'm both ecstatic and leery about the update. But my XCom and Cross CDs have found their way into my PSX, PS2, and PS3. Plenty of other great games, Legend of Mana held up well, the Final Fantasies, Xenoblades was awesome at the time but is virtually unplayable for me now, Koudelka, Tactics Ogre, Orge Battle, Brigandine, Legend of the Dragoon, games from Working Designs, etc etc. Basically the only PSX discs I have right now are old RPGs. And I really should sell them, because they've been rereleased ad naseum, but they're a little piece of childhood.

What's the difference between a "resellable" slot and a non resellable one? How do you get one or the other?

I agree with the bolded, and even though I am a huge FF fanboy, my favorite PS1 game is Grandia.

Surprisingly, I have never finished Chrono Trigger, and have never played/owned Chrono Cross. Almost my entire PS1 collection is RPG though.

It's still annoying me though, I have all black-label Final Fantasies except Chronicles. Anyone have a copy for sale? lol

@ DYAD group, I'm waiting on Devil May Cry to send me the info. I've asked mauaus to make an account since he is the other resell, but I'm ready to go.
 
I was a Nintendo kid so my teenage years were filled with Goldeneye, Diddy Kong Racing, Blast Corps and the like. I didn't get a PS1 until years later, and I (still) haven't found the time to get around to a lot of the classic PS1 RPGs (I've played most of them, but finished very few).

Probably the PS1 game that I've spent the most time on is Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (which is definitely one of the greats). I also totally love Umjammer Lammy. And Silent Hill! Man, the first time I played through Silent Hill is one of my all-time most memorable gameplay experiences.
 
PS1 games? Nice. Here's my list from the top of my head:
Chrono Cross had AMAZING music. The game was fun, but hated the end (and new game+ for silly reasons). Xenogears is still my #3 fav game of all time. Other greats: anything from Working Designs (I'm a fanboy), Grandia, Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, FF Tactics (never had Ogre Battle :\), Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Tales of Desitny (still my fav Tales game), and Parasite Eve. Legend of Mana and Threads of Fate were good, but not quite "up there" for me. There's probably a few I'm forgetting and will kick myself when I remember later :).
 
Final Fantasy IX was ahead of the game in my opinion for PSX. It had remarkable graphics for a PSX game and my favorite Final Fantasy battle system encompassing a decent plot.
