If this random phantom deactivation bug is associated with the 2.50 patch I doubt it will ever get fixed seeing that no one can/will report the issue to Sony...being against their TOS and all. We sure are caught between a rock and a hard place. We can hope it's not purposefully being done and that a future patch will somehow correct these issues but I'm not sure how long that will take and if anyone will still be willing to spend so much money to test it out in the future.

Right now I am testing it out with friends to see if their phantoms are going to be locked out. Naturally, I'll give them their money back if it does get locked out. Borderlands THC is still fine (*knock on wood) and in a couple weeks from now I will phantom off Bloodborne to see if that gets locked out as well.
