Guess I'll just wait the 3-4 days for PC release, maybe by then more reviews will be out.

It was hard not to get blinded by the rabid fan base for this game though...really hard.

Loving No Mans Sky. Much better than I expected. Already created a ton of adventure for myself in space, like getting stuck in an area with no way to warp out, and 4 planets only, until the 40th shiptrader had the materials for a beam out finally :)

Some planets look better than Far Cry 4. Also had a planet already with really giant dinosaurs as in their early trailers.

There is a pretty easy dupe glitch, that gets you about a million every 3-4 minutes, depending on the size of your ship and your materials. I farmed gold and Emeril until i had some 500 packs that give 100-120k each. The way to do the glitch is:

1. Go to space station. Free your space ship (except the beam), then hold half of the spots with high price items (or anything you want to dupe).

2. Exit the ship two times in the space station so it has two save states (you can check in the options menu).

3. Fly out and attack ships or even better those space carriers and die

4. You respawn in the space station and will have a grave on your map

5. Load the oldest savestate, fly to the grave its still there, and now you have duped your ships content!

6. Transfer half the items to your exosuit and sell, repeat

There seems to be more glitches related to save states. Anyway this just for everyone who is maybe a bit tired of grinding / inventory management and wants to explore more.

All the reviews coming in say the same thing.

Game looks great. Cool concept. Then it hits you that there's no end point. No interaction. And everything is repetitive.

It's going to get horrible reviews. It's like Evolve all over again.

30 bucks in a month. Watch.

$10 or $15 on Black Friday. It's honestly a budget game, the only reason for being $60 at launch is because no other releases have really been coming out. So abuse the fact that we are in a dry spell and charge more than it should be lol

anyone familiar with ps plus cloud saves, my alien isolation saves say version 1.01 but won't download and the game is installed at version 1.04. Is that the issue, other games with varying versions and saves downloaded fine. Thanks to whoever has an answer

Hey guys, i know this does not by any means go here, but i thought i'll ask fellow console gamers as myself for some help. Im going out to grab a tv tomorrow, that's solely going to serve the purpose of console gaming. So far i've played on a 24'' gaming monitor (60hz) but i'm looking to upgrade to a 40-42'' tv. So my question is what should i look out for? So far my research has concluded that the best solution would be a tv that has less than 10ms response time and the lower the hz the better, lowest i've seen are 100hz. If someone could share some light on this topic, please PM me, i would greatly appriciate it! :)

Most newer TVs have a "Game Mode" option that automatically adjust settings to reduce lag and motion blur.

Hate grows kinda wild against Sean Murray right now, even on his twitter the most liked reply to the new update post was "will it patch $60 into my wallet".

As for the game I do think it does get boring, like when constantly I get "New Bluebrint found but you already have it".

However I never was that hyped about it in the first place as many others because I know trailers are just a marketing tool, I still think its fun to play for an hour or so every now and then, and the coming updates might add something substantial, who knows.

I'm still enjoying it quite a lot, but the finding of the same blueprints over and over again does get tedious. I'm still having fun just exploring the planets though, it's hard to find certain supplies to build upgrades but that's just a small part

Yeah the firmware betas are open to anyone. Sony posts on the blog when they're taking signups and you just go through their site and they let you in when it's live.

Does anyone knows why I can't preorder Madden 17 ps4 on amazon and get the 20% off even though I have amazon prime? Can you only do within a specific time period or something? =/

Pretty sure Amazon preorders only get the 20% off if you do it on Amazon.com and the game is a physical copy. At some point I tried it on a digital preorder and the discount didn't apply.

Worked just fine for me on a physical copy. If you're trying to order the digital version, you don't get the 20% off.
