No you DO NOT need to delete your profile. My PS3 is just messed up. I have trophy problems with most games.

don't know if you found this out already, but here you go:

Clan Country Unlockable Weapons
Entry Location:
You unlock different weapons for each clan country.

Ameli Machine Gun - Choose Spain as your clan country
FAMAS G2 Assault Rifle - Choose France as your clan country
GMP Submachine gun - Choose Germany as your clan country
IW-80 A2 Assault Rifle - Choose U.K. as your clan country
SCFR-LW Assault Rifle - Choose U.S. as your clan country

So basically, if you're not in a clan, start your own and choose one country. Then delete and choose the next one, and so on.
 
Interesting, so you get to keep each weapon? I thought it was just based on whatever clan you were currently in.

Which of those are worth using?
 
No you dont get to keep the weapons. The way to try them out is to pick one up off a dead body.

We should try the quick match party system tonight guys so every one try & be on around 10 and i will send invites

So if your not on a clan members or CAG player FL try to get on it

The problem with the quick match system is if you're booted you have no way to find the room again. Since the 1.3 patch I've been booted back to the title screen several times, been kicked offline and had the game freeze. As you know md, last night was horrid. The game was so glitch ridden it was pretty much unplayable. If we get enough CAGs on it would be fun to do some CAG on CAG rounds or have a team of all CAGs against some other clans. Just a thought.
 
I just got Quantum of Solace in trade from a CAG and I'm going to play a bit before 10pm...but I'll definitely be on SOCOM tonight!

The only one I've ever found is the water pump thing. The others were completely new to me.
 
i dont know if im going to make it. i have to watch a movie with my family and then i have a bunch of stuff to get ready for work. if im not exhuasted after ill jump on. im sure you guys will still be playing.
 
I may just spend this evening in Liberty City instead... After work today I'm afraid I might just flip out and start fragging my own team. :twoguns::drool:

We'll see though. I know smog and md are always playing till like 4 AM anyway.
 
Nice games guys. I really need some practice. Hopefully I'll be doing this on a regular basis, shame that I can't really stay more than an hour or so.

Good to have you! Its all good, once the rest of Team MI grabs it we can do some respawn games to get used to it a bit more.

Anyways this explains all the level 10s and whatnot. They may have to reset again!! Also how did we not end up in at least one japan game when that was going on.

Right after the patch was released there was a glitch in the Japan servers, every game you played counted for 200 to 300 (it was quite random), you kills, deaths, gameplay hours all were multiplied as well. You can look at the peoples gun stats and if they don't even come close to amounting to their kills listed on the main stats page you can find who had this happen. I only know this because a few of my buddies were playing and went from a level 1 to a 4 in one game won and they tried to get me online, I didn't feel like it at that time though. This glitch no longer is occuring but it happened in every single ranked Japan game."
 
So is this game fixed yet or not? See some issues still with freezes and junk from the previous posts.

This game has been botched so much it makes me sad. And this was my No. 1 most anticpated PS3 game of last fall. That's why I have so much bile in me from what happened.
 
What annoys me is that they changed the default controls. I was used to pressing down on the d-pad to switch camera view. I use that a lot to look around corners and such. Now the new scheme asks me to hold the x button down?? It takes so much longer especially in intense situations.

The weird thing is that I had it saved under another scheme and it actually saved it, but it puts the Taunts/Orders command with the PTT button with no way to move it. Every time I PTT, the Taunts/Orders comes up and I'm frozen. I've died a couple of times because of it. :bomb:

I hope they change the default back or give us fully customizable controls. I for one never use the lean buttons or the Taunts/Orders.
 
Taunts/Orders is the most useless thing in this game. You can't unmap it to any button. Every once and a while I'll hit it accidently when trying to do voice chat and I'll be stuck for like 5 secs while I figure out how to get out of that screen.

Certainly /6 dropped the ball with one of Sonys best selling franchises but the fact remains the gunplay and teamwork is still miles above any other console shooter. The technical issues have been mostly sorted out, but /6 has basically botched everything up to now so they can only get better. You should pick it up (the headset is also top notch) and join the CAG clan in some battles.

Anyways, tonight was a blast. I think we played for like 12 hours minus the 20 mins I went out for food. The first game ever that seriously gives me an adrenaline rush. I am so addicted.

Thats a pretty impressive playtime considering your post was made at 4:30 in the morning :applause:. I tried to get into your game last night (America v Europe 8v8 something) but either the room was full or I couldn't find it.

I am starting to get the hang of the game though. Learning the maps and routes seems to be very integral to not dieing, as you can expect where enemies will show up so you don't get shot in the back as often.

Thanks for the games. Last night was a good time. I'm addicted as well even though I rarely see the end of the round. This game has replaced sleep for me.
 
Probably won't make it tonight, spending time with my brother who is in town for the long weekend.

I'll be on for sure Tuesday though.
 
Sorry, I've been sick lately and sound terrible, so I haven't felt like playing anything with a headset. I need to get back on this though.
 
My apt. is being painted so my PS3 and TV are under a bunch of tarps. Hopefully I'll be good to go for tomorrow, but we'll see.
 
turn out was way disappointing but we made the best of it . hopefully a few more bodies will show up tomorrow who knows
 
I was hoping interest in this game would pick up after the patch. Maybe someday we'll have enough people on for 8x8 CAG vs. whoever else games.

It did get better thanks to md's diplomatic negotiation skills. Thanks for the games tonight CAGs. As always it was a blast...watching powers shoot 'em like fish in a barrel and md getting all nasty with the knife again.
