So if you do a search for *dracula* like he said, you should be able to find most of your feedback. The only thing I would add is to only do searches in the Cheap Ass Trading forum. Or if you're patient, you can search by thread.
 
I'll PP someone 2.50 to do mine, I have no excel whatsoever, for the full amount you must compile all info and put it into the excel and mail it to cheapy, PM/e-mail me.

Quick question....is the buyer/seller/trader and comments columns optional like the link column? I just looked up all my feedback but forgot to record the comments and whether or not I was the buyer, seller, or trader. Sorry if this has already been covered...

Yes, it is optional.
If you don't include if you are the buyer/seller/trader, I will default to trader.

Okay, I'm done with it. Though I'm slightly disappointed that I haven't gotten feedback for a couple of trades. I guess I'll have to send them a PM asking nicely for some feedback. I'll be sending my feedback spreadsheet to Cheapy soon.

Cheapy, I messed up my first one (only put my ID on the first transaction) and sent in another, is that OK and cleared up? Sorry I'm a tad bit retarted.

I've worked on mine through the weekend, Cheapy, and should have it done in the next day or two. 160-something done, three feedback threads checked, six missing feedback found, two of the missing feedback submitted by the other parties.

Once I get mine done, it's on to Rig's and Adam Sol's.

my 10 have been recorded and sent. what do i do about a trade where i left for the other person, but they did not leave feedback for me? i will assume i'm SOL unless told otherwise.

I found about eight of them that were missing in going through mine, gaelan.

I've sent the other person a small PM, with a link to the feedback I left them, and a request to have them leave me feedback. So far, so good, all people that have replied have done it. I have two more PM's outstanding with people, and haven't heard back from them yet.

If you show them the link to the post with your feedback for them (make sure to click on the post # for the post, and then send them a link to the specific post), I can't see why they wouldn't take the time to leave you the feedback you're asking for.

Of course, the four feedback across three people I have outstanding, two haven't been on in 10 days, and the other one blows off my PM's. I wish you luck, gaelan.
 
ok this is a message to anyone who paid me to do their feedback:

if you requested a copy of your feedback, and i didnt send it, i apologize, i was very busy last week and might not have had the chance to send them, however i think i caught up with this.

your feedback will be subnitted to cheapy before the new system goes in to effect, but is not submitted yet. im waiting until i finish with everyones so i only have to send him one file to save time.

i hope this answers all questions ^^
 
This whole thing is horrible. I have to download an excel spreadsheet file and tread through 4 threads of hundreds of replies to find my feedback? Awful, just awful. Why is this so complicated? Why can't you just get a tally of the positive feedback we all have (which has already been done) and simply type it into the new system?

Because I don't want to spend 4 hours trying to find all my feedback or pay someone to do it for me now I'm stuck losing it all. That really stinks.

You only have 14 feedback; trust me when I say your's will take no longer than 10 minutes to compile.


Finding your old feedback in 3 easy steps!

1) Click the "Search" button at the top of your menu, and the click "Advanced Search." You'll be redirected to the Advanced Search screen.

2) Enter your usename (in your case, "mmn") into the "Search for Keyword(s)" field on the left. Then, click "Cheap Ass Trading" in the lower-right "Search in Forum(s)" field. Then, click "Show results as: Posts" in the lower left-hand area. Finally, click "Search Now."

3) You should be redirected to individual posts created in the trading forum that included your name. Check the topic headers to find the posts that were made in Feedback threads. You should see every piece of feedback ever left for you by another user.

Then, simply follow the steps in the OP to figure out the User IDs and input those into the spreadsheet (which is amazingly simpler than it at first seems). It isn't that hard folks, and the amount of effort it takes is only altered to the degree of feedback you need to find. I had 9 feedback, and it took me 10 minutes to complete the ENTIRE process.
 
He can't use the search feature because his name is only 3 characters long. He would have to look through every single page of the trade feedback threads.

Maybe I'll PM Cheapy and see if there's anything he can do to help me out. I really don't want to lose my feedback but theres no way I'm going to search through every page of every feedback thread.

Alot of users are offering to compile the info for other users, at a price. I don't know how much they'd charge you in light of the circumstances. But if there were a simpler way that Cheapy was aware of, he'd already have told us about it I imagine.
