Although I completely agree that I play for fun, when I'm in a ranked server, I care about points to a certain degree, because I do want to rank up and get new clothing options... I couldn't give a shit about KDR though, as that doesn't really matter much to me. ;)
 
i'm strangely excited to be able to join in on my first CAG Warhawk Night (although at approximately 11pm i will be dissapearing to watch the phelps race). i dunno how dominated i'm going to be tho

Yea it's a school issue, I don't know why our network is being so picky with PSN so far this year. I'm hoping it all just evens itself out because it's going to be very frustrating if I keep getting kicked off every 10 minutes.
 
Lag aside, I thought we had some fun games. Sorry I had to leave earlier than usual (are you guys still playing?), but I had to do a couple of things that couldn't wait. :'(
 
When I looked everybody had lag over 400 - between that and my mic not working it made it rough. But still had fun, sniping is a bitch when peopel are jumping around lol.
 
I think I know what's up with the lag, just a guess though... the neighbor's daughter is home from college (well, she was out of college all summer, but they always go to Germany for most of the summer) and she was probably downloading shit.:roll:

Stupid cable... Is cable still affected by stuff like that?

Though... I was torrenting stuff earlier... I stopped for Warhawk though maybe I was still being "pinged"... I've noticed that before.

And I found it quite odd that it wouldn't let me use

I guess maybe because of too many similar letters with the password?

Yeah, I realised how silly the question was as I was saying it. It just seemed like there was more chatter tonight. Maybe everyone has adjusted to the TMK method, I dunno.

If anyone shares, they can only play for 24 hours.

Yeah... I'm usually better at not knifing teammates unless they get in my way when I'm trying to kill someone else. That was a "What the ShaqFu" moment for me.

During the second DM in the Main Base, I :rofl: when I jumped down to attempt to rocket someone, and end up hitting a jeep with the rocket then got ran over by the same jeep. I think that was you Freaky...

I really wish this game had the match recording capabilities of Halo 3... I'd have so many awesome clips.

Jetpacks will be in the next expansion pack, not the 1.5 patch.

Also TMK was trying to get a :newbie: game going at some time, you should join that if he ever does.

There's a good mix of skill levels in the games, so don't hesitate to join, just don't take your teams only warhawk at the start of a match if you don't think you should be flying the thing.

there was one game where i randomly went up to a teammate, and stabbed him in the face. the whole time i was thinking...whoops...

Friday night I did that to a teammate carrying the enemy flag relatively close to our base (I spawned with someone right in front of me and instincts kicked in before reason). Of course then I then got killed and the flag was returned.
