You actually might want to check Target to see if they have any copies left of this game. It's been on clearance for a while now and my friend just picked up a copy for $1.xx or so. Yeah...1 dollar and some change. You can't even get a whopper for that.

I have never seen a Marvel UA for ps3 at Circuit City (Not even at regular price).
And I check very often.

It was reported on clearance several weeks ago so any locations, that had it, are probably sold out by now. Bought a copy a couple of weeks ago when I unexpectedly came across it. Anyway, noticed that unlike BB, CC doesn't appear to restock games that sells out unless the game is advertised in its weekly sales flyer - CC has lots of old stuff gathering dust in addition to the weekly new releases.

Mine had a few copies laying around for a long time and I would price check them everyonce in a while. I was always surprised that it was still at full price until it went clearance.

I really enjoyed the game and I'm looking forward to MUA2, but 59.99 for a game that I could get on the PS2 for much less with a few missing characters and less shiny graphics seemed insane to me.

Once I read it was on clearance here I nabbed the last one on the shelf at my local CC.
 
Sounds really idiotic, but where do you usually find clearanced games at CC? I don't visit CC much, and to be honest have never bought a console game from them.

Usually I always see dump bins by the games section and sometimes they never pull the games from the normal racks so if you dont find it in a bin always check the shelf before giving up

My CC put an up-right display stand in the middle of games section that has cheaper games for all the consoles - this includes some clearance titles and others that are their "super savings" or whatever it's called. BUT, they are generally about 2 months behind in pulling clearance titles and putting them on this rack. So, I always do best by checking the regular racks where of course the games have their regular pricetags on them even though they ring up for the clearance prices posted on CAG.

I picked up Enchanted Arms with comic for $13.57 plus tax. My CC has clearance games mixed in with all the other games, it was marked as $16.96 and the system automatically took off 20%.

My CC has plenty of Fire Emblem in the Clearance bin.
More than 5 for a month now.

At the store i went to (i believe danvers mass) all the clearance games are just kept in the regular section. Found it tucked in the middle of a pile of fantastic fours, and it wasn't clearance labeled. Leave it to CC...also managed to price match a sweet ass camera (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=909364) price matched the 100 dollar Office Max drop and even used a coupon.
 
Question, what amount of cents demotes an item on clearance. For instance, something that is $12.14. Does the $.14 mark it as being on clearance? Or something that ends in $.96 or $.17, etc etc.

Anyone know?

The clearance items end in $.96 - I haven't seen any other clearance items marked any differently - only thing close I've seen is the "cool deals" which usually end in $.99
 
It.s .96¢ like autche said. It's just says ".17" now because of the 20% off. Just about all the clearance games now only drop to $16.96; it's really rare they drop all the way down to $8.96 anymore.

Rebought The Club for PS3 today at cc for $13.57. Had it when it came out, didn't feel it was worth full price, so i traded it for another ps3 game. I also knew i'd pick it up again in the future, when the price was right. The price was right today.

Well, i went to work today for 5 hours, i work at a golf course. I was already half way there, so i figured what the hell.
 
Got Bleach blade of fate (DS) $13, and had them pm dragon quest(Wii)and FF revenant wings(DS). Was surprised i found bleach, haven't seen it there in a while and remember hearing it was pretty good.
 
Well, I happened to be out tracking down Rock Band from Gamestop (using the 25% off coupon) and I stopped in a CC along the way. Their clearance bin was a pathetic 7 or 8 games which were mostly old PS2 sports games. Then I looked in the regular stack and finally found a Dragon Quest Swords. That was my #2 want. Since they clearly seemed to have overlooked the last markdowns here I was hopeful on finding FF XII RW. I went through the entire DS aisle but no luck :cry:...

Aisles? This is an entire fucking bin of poo poo they just throw at random leaving you to search yourself. I actually had half a mind to organize it for the lazy rear ends in a top hat.
