After just getting a voicemail from my bitch lardlord saying that a "company" is comming tomorrow to "inspect" for roaches, thus shooting up my blood pressure, I'm probably gonna be awake for a bit. Its an old house so its gonna happen, as we're not slobbily living here. Plus, I'll have to take our cat over to my parents are like 4 am.
And if they say anything about spraying then, I'll remind them that by law she is required to give me in writing that they are going to spray. I swear, they should have gotten the place professionaly sprayed when they bought this place, before we moved in...
They do have to give you 24 hours written notice, so calling isn't acceptable, no. They have to put a notice either in your mailbox or on your front door, with a specific time/date they're going to do it.
I'd also ask them that you require to know what they're going to spray before they do it, in case there's issue with pets (which you're taking care of) or allergies to insecticides. In my previous place, one type of insecticide they sprayed made my dizzy and sick to my stomach for some odd reason, though when they came out to do it another time, I brought that up to them and they used something else.
