anyone looking to play tonight, please send me a invite, tiredfornowww, EVERY match I jumped into yesterday the host would quit, so I finally just started my own and got up to the technodrome before two people quit with their excuses being 'man this parts too hard, peace bitches'

I hate people that leave because they can't get past a part, or they think that it's funny to leave you there.

I'm down for tonight later...around 10pm est...I pretty much just took a public group to shredder and had to do all the work myself @ bosses so it'd be nice to have some decent back up lol...I'm looking to get the Krang, Turtle Soup, and 250 pt. achievements...
 
This is probably the best 400 points i've spent on Live. I forgot how much I loved this game as a kid while dropping quarters outside of Walmart. :D

I've beaten the offline and finally made it to Shredder last night in MP. Anyone gotten the 250 kills online yet playing legit? Looks like it'd be hard as hell doing it with people who do not suck. Last night I got like 180-190 playing with 2 good players and one who kept hiding out. Don't really think it's a numbers game since the enemies seem to adjust for how many people are playing..... I wanna try to let that sewer boss just keep spewing mousers and rack up kills that way but every time i've tried someone has killed the boss before you can rack anything up decent. Gonna try that again when I play next time.

Now bring on Double Dragon!:shock:
 
Is the Superhero achievement glitched? I've killed all barrels, pylons, speed signs, and parking meters and I haven't gotten the achievement.

As for getting 250 points, I got it today playing with a guy that was pretty bad. Just me and him, I got to Shredder with 3 lives and I was trying to get the Turtle Soup achievement, and he fucking quit because he died. Hate it!
 
I just got it... but I also beat Shredder without being turned into a regular turtle and it didn't give me that achievement! WTF! That's the only one I need now!
 
I always get close to 250. Usually I get around 225-235. I'm still trying to get that last achievement. Even though I beat a game a bunch of times on co-op its still fun.

There's an easy/cheap way to get 250 in co-op. Start a co-op game and just have the other character just jump around leaving you to kill all of the enemies. You'll get 250 in no time.

Superhero doesn't unlock untill after you kill Shredder at the end of the game. ;)

As for the 250 I still wanna test my idea about letting the space ship guy in the sewer just keep spewing mousers. I've seen lots get shot out but i'm curious if they just keep coming if you don't fight the guy.
 
I know... I've destroyed everything and beat Shredder, but still didn't unlock. I eventually got it.

As for the 250, I played with another guy online and he wasn't too good. Another way to get points is the white guys that throw knives, if you kill the knives you get a point. You can also kill the rockets in the sewer for a point each.

zewone and myself tested this out. About 80 mousers eventually drop out, but after killing so many of them Baxter just leaves. It's weird, but that's what happens.
 
Ah well finally got back home and was able to download this but so far every coop game I have played has been lagged to all hell and we haven't even made it through the first level.

Any lag in this game is caused by connection problems by the people you're playing with, and not the game or the server. Before the game starts, you can view everyones connection status in the waiting room. Anything above 3 yellow bars is fine, but if someone in the room has less then that, or any red bars, then you're going to get lag.

Apparently a lot of people are having trouble with this one, including myself. Does anyone know the deal with this problem?

It's glitched. Some people have it, so I guess it works some of the time. I beat him twice without being turned into a regular turtle and I didn't get it either.

Yep. My girlfriend and I played through it last night, and kept switching. You won't get the on-screen prompts, but when you die, press the corresponding button for the turtle you want.

Well I just found out my year sub. to xbox live ran out yesterday, so I have to get a gold card soon. I'd play if I did have gold now though ;)

I've also managed to get EVERY achivement except the Turtle Soup one! The achivement whore inside me is getting angry, and I know in NHL2k7 you can't get one achivement, but this one you can get SOMEHOW! Someone needs to post a workthrough so I can manage to get my 250.

I need the 250 too. If you want, we can work together in 2 games and let one person do all the work...and the do it again for the other person...shouldn't take too long. Add me to your XBL and lets get this things doneeee!

It's really random it seems. Some people have said to have gotten it in single player, others in multiplayer. Some with 2 people, some with 4 *shrugs* It's totally random. Here's a link to the leaderboards

12 people have it in the world right now, outside of 25k+ people that have the game. That's a pretty low number compared to all the users. It's totally random.

From what I read Konami will have a patch ready, but Konami has to authorize it along with MS.
 
Just defeated Krang, Shredder, and avoided getting hit by the ice trap all in one XBL game with random people. :)

Damn this turtle soup achievement. I beat him 3 times and haven't gotten it. I would have them all then.
 
Whats the best strategy to accomplish the 250 point goal in co-op. I just played through with just one other player and I only got around 225 by the time I hit Krang. Suggestions?
 
For the record, General Traag is a cheap bitch. He's not exactly difficult, but that nasty pistol-whip move he's got is a pain in the ass.

Get a friend and each of you can go through the game with only one person getting all the kills. Have the friend help at the bosses. You can usually get the 250 by the time you hit Baxter. Don't kill him, just let the mousers keep coming out. After that, end the game and let the other person do it.
 
I still only have 3 (well 4, the sewer achievement). EVERYTIME I create or join a game atleast 2 people drop out.

Anyone pick up the 360 Version of TMNT (the movie game). I just got it and plan on giving it a try now.

Edit: The movie version is pretty good.

There's a lot of vulnerabilities each boss has; glitches almost. It makes them very easy to defeat for the achievements.

The movie version (afyer playing for 30 minutes and unlocking 250 or so acheivement points) is way to easy and boring. Almost every level follows this pattern.

1. Run for 2 minutes
2. Fight 10-15 guys.
3. Run and jump for 2-4 minutes
4. Fight 10-15 guys
5. Run and jump for 5 minutes
6. Fight for Guys
AND SOMETIMES
7. Fight boss

Yeah....way to easy. In each level there are only 2-3 different bad guys....all look the same.

So who are the bad guys in this game/movie? Shredder? Krang? Beebop & Rocksteady?!!?

God, I wish.

But is the game GOOD? (Movie game)

I'm not exactly sure, but if it's the same one I just started watching (split into five parts), I think it's a fake. Normally when using the jump+attack move (in his case, he played as Donatello - so the big jumping swing), it takes away health in exchange for the one-hit kill. This dude used it probably three or four times in the first part of the loft, and never took a life bar hit for it.

If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. Just something weird I noticed.

So now I am almost done with it and every single achievement point.
There are no 'regular' baddies. No Krang, etc.
So far the only recognizable characters have been the 4 turtles, Splinter, a 'remember when we fought Shredder' battle, and a mention of Casey Jones. All the 'bad guys' are street punks or ninjas.

Right now I am on level 11 out of 16 (lilboo you can check my progress on XBL since I see your on right now). The game is only 4 hours long.
