Haven't gotten into either show but that's hot.

I recall the only reason I didn't walk out of Pulse was the probability of seeing her in her underoos. I believe it was done by the 40 minute mark.
I called Hollywood video and the lady said that there would be plenty available.
The thing is though, I don't have a member ship, and to get one you need an ID and some credit card or something.
Which I don't have...
:/
Check with 2 or 3 if you don't have anything better to do and ask for an alternate. I hate giving that shit out so when they hit me with that I drove down the street to the next one and they did it with one or two utility bills.

Outside of that, Pulse was not a good movie?

 What I want to know is what he thought he was going to have to give them in order to take a $60 game home.

I knew I'd need an ID, but I didn't know I needed a credit card.
The other 2 rental places I went to today said all they needed was my ID.

Every rental place I've been to required a credit card.
Prepaid credit card.
Blockbuster would not let me create a account with a debit card (w/ Visa logo), I'm guessing a Visa gift card would be a no-go as well.
Outside of that, Pulse was not a good movie?
Eh, it's one of those pointless, safe PG13 "horror" movies with bullshit scares plus it's got a flavor of the week popstar-turned-actress as a costar. I'd say it's mostly harmless but I'm one of those guys that is pissed off more by a generic mediocre movie than a truly bad movie.

Yeah, I think the papers said Hollywood shouldn't have even accepted my debit card so those lameass prepaid cards wouldn't fly. Lucky for me most of the staff was grossly incompetent.

But tell us how you really feel, Moji.

I called and they said a utility bill would be ok.
So we'll see if I get BioShock tomorrow. :D
Also, I won either Crackdown or some shirts from some sweepstakes.
Sweet.

So we have a Wii in my apartment and it is wonderful...I had to buy Zelda and it is pretty wild. Also playing baseball and tennis through Wii Sports is just amazing. It's going to be a fun semester.

Wii rocks.

Also, I;ve been reading reviews of the Japanese version of Zelda for the DS... and they basically describe it as the best DS game evar.

I've heard this Zelda for Wii is the best Zelda game there has been...but SNES version was pretty damn good in my opinion so we will see.

I have never gotten into the whole hand held system though...

Twilight Princess sucks, compared to Wind Waker and it's fucking terrible compared to A Link to the Past.

See I have heard this as well but I could never get into the 64 versions or the cube versions. I'm just an old school guy I reckon.

That isn't good to hear. Wind Waker was just to damn cartoonish I thought.

I'd like the Wii better if I could understand how the game is interpreting my actions. That's not me being a dick either, I'd seriously like to know explicitly what makes one tennis swing knock the ball out of bounds and other makes it stay in. Same goes for the other sports games.

I have to say I was extremely impressed by the Wii controls in RE4. They felt completely natural to me and were surprisingly precise. I haven't picked it up since the first giant troll thing knocked the shit out of me though, kinda lost my motivation after that.

That was one of the best things about Wind Waker, though. It's easily one of the best looking games ever made.

It was good, but the sailing eventually annoyed me to the point where I didn't want to play anymore.

Ocarina of Time is my favorite Zelda game, but I haven't gotten far in TP yet.

Yeah I understand. I just couldn't invest myself into the game though.

That shit was badass.
That shit was badass.
The badassness increased when you got the bombs. fucking cannons all up in those squids' faces.
Anybody ever use the GBA connectivity in that game?
Yeah, my cousin played as Tingle as I went through about half the game.

I can't figure out how to do power serves in wii tennis.

Okay, so with all the talk of game rentals, I have a few Rent 1 Get 1 Free coupons for Hollywood Video and Movie Gallery I'll mail out for a dollar Paypal if anyone wants 'em.

The trick is to buy the Hollywood Video coupons that Game Crazy gives out. You can snag the ones that are good on new releases for less than $1 a rental, I got a sheet of 12 for $6 a while back so it ended up being half that. Plus you don't have to rent two games at once since that's pretty inefficient anyways.

Only shitty thing is that they're restricted by month and the new ones they're giving out seem to be only good on non new release games.

I've still got a few free rentals from buying a ps2 up there. I haven't used one in a month or two, but I've got a few left. 1 for each month I think.

I don't rent games, just got coupons from buying packs of Bic pencils when they were on sale for a dollar each at the local grocery store a few months back.

Now that I think of it, I might use one of these coupons. I'd like to try out RE4Wii. Not sure what else I'd want to rent, though.

There are a ton of games I want to try out for the Wii: Godfather, Super Paper Mario, Sonic, Wario Ware, the Bigs, Call of Duty, Bug Island . . .

Want a Rent 1 Get 1 card?

I needs to find me a deal on the FFIII DS guide.

I also hope TRU clearances FFV and VI sometime. :whistle2:k

I remember when the Internet was up in arms over Wind Waker's art direction.

And when Nintendo revealed that Metroid was going to become first-person.

So yesterday I picked up Mercury Meltdown, Gunpey, and Virtua Tennis for PSP at TRU.

Today I tried another TRU as it was closer to work, but the punks didn't even have FFIII.

They had 5 Baten Kaios but I passed on it.

I ended up getting:
PSP
-Wipeout Pure
DS/GBA
-Tales of Phantasia
-Pac Pix
PS2
-Tales of Legendia
-Suikoden Tactics
GC
-Donkey Konga w/bongos

Wow, I can't wait to play Bioshock.
This year IS the BEST time for gaming.
Bioshock, Blue Dragon, Halo 3, Guitar Hero 3, Naruto Rise of the Ninja, Mass Effect, Super Smash Bros Brawl.
:bouncy:

I still don't like how Metroid went first-person.

The Prime games aren't bad, and I'm not saying they are, but I just don't like them
