Whoa.  That means you can't buy the $100 eBay GC for $95 with eBay GCs anymore.  Guess the only reason to buy those $95 for $100 on eBay is if you wanted to get reward points for a card, as RedCard has the same everyday price.  Tough, but good to know.  Thanks for sharing.

BTW you can no longer buy eBay gift cards with eBay gift cards on ebay lol.. you can buy other gift cards and you can use eBay bucks to buy eBay gift cards for now..hopefully at least that doesn't change
