damn... all our games will prob come in around the same time and theres gonna b some sweet trading... im hoping people will suck it up and do 2 dollar game for 2 dollar game and not be penises about it

I just called them and received two different responses. One (a guy) said there were pricing mistakes tonight. If I had my order number I could of checked if my order contained any of those mistakes. I didn't have it at that time. I called again, this time with the number and the women said she doesn't know of any mistakes. Also, if they cancel for any reason, I would know tomorrow. Anyone else wanna call them?
 
Yeah maybe there 1 copy and some one picks it up instantly but Im really starting to doubt the new games were ever in stock

I bet most of us are going to get lots of cancellation emails tomorrow with some sort of coupon code in them, just like what worstbuy does when something is OOS or backordered and they keep your money for 3 months getting interest. Since the site is fluctuating so much and I ordered two games, I am certain they'll get cancelled. I mean $2.00 for a lot of these games are insane. If we don't get cancelled, this sale is soo much better than Circuit City's for sure.

It is much better for me, and I only bought 2 games tonight. My fucking CC didn't have anything when I went.
 
sometimes when sites cancel they give out 10 dolla coupons
they arent even gonna do that
they would have to give away thousands of 10 dolla coupons

Man I'm not even gonna try on this one. Way too late, I was writing a paper and checking the site here and there, played some X-Men Legends and came back to this shit. Too crazy. I'd guess more of the DVD orders would go through than the game ones. How many copies of Amplitude could they have?! I already have it and even though I'd like a copy for a friend, I'm already doubtful with everyone picking up multiple copies. Good luck to everyone on their orders though :whistle2:D
 
the sheer quality AND quantity of the cc sale was astonishing, that coupled with the fact that ALL games int he sale were $5 (unlike the tru sale) is wh i think it was the best

yes the games on sale at overstock were good games, but there were only ~5 games on sale per system, and most of the games have been discounted to $5-$10 at other places and alot of people already had most of them.

the TRU sale was too rich for my blood. i stopped by one TRU picked up 3 games for $20 and was satisfied.

The TRU sale had about 5-6 games that were actually good deals, the rest of games were still overpriced and sucked.

The CC sale had at least 20 games that were good, and every single one of them was at least the same price or less then the TRU price.
