I completely accept the fact that people will horde and sell. What I don't get is when a large number of posters don't get a single game and yet people still post brag lists of multiple-item purchases. What do you expect, a standing ovation or something? Geez, at least try to hide the fact and keep it to yourself! I guess it goes back to the freedom of speech thing. Until CAG gets a killfile feature just tune it out.
 
Hmm, I paid with a debit card and the balance for my order was being held for a few days. I just checked my account and it's no longer being held, and I can't check my order status on ps.com. This happening to anyone else? Probably for the best really. I'm pretty broke at the moment and shouldn't be buying anymore games.
 
i cant check my email at school(against rules) but it still says my orders were accepted(i got in on this deal early though) nothing on the shipment but it said 2-3 days for shipment on the site........
 
You can check cheapassgamer and playstation.com, but not your email?

And to the previous person, yeah, same here. There was a hold before but no more and their order status isn't working.

I personally think hoarding sucks more than people complaining (even though people should leave complaining to one post per person).

I don't know for sure, but I thought everything went through fine. At first I tried to use Paypal on one of my orders, but then I know I just used my Mastercard on all the others.

Maybe I accidently had the Paypal button checked, but I'm almost certain that I didn't. Oh well, I really didn't need to movies that bad anyway.

Yeah, but I'm not really sweating it. I didn't get in on the games, just the DVDs. Nothing to cry about, really. I was getting them for Christmas presents for family. Too bad for them, I guess.

My sentiments exactly. The sad part about it is that when these deals come around it completly kills the trading forum because everyone had the same fucking idea. So the really good deals or items I want are completely buried under topics from people looking to shill out thier $5 primals, rygars, amplitudes or whatever else they got.

Damn, I just realized that the 2 games I ordered will bring my collection to 200 if they show up. However, they'll also drop my IGN average review score to 8.9. What's a boy to do?

And yes, I do know that average review score is pretty meaningless, but still ...

Agreed. I, for one, have never purchased more than one copy of any deal on here. Not saying that buying a couple for friends is bad, but giving fellow CAGs the shaft sure is!

If you do a refresh a few times the games are appearing as available fro $2.00, Then when you put it in your cart, they show up as $30.00 or more when you look at the total. You guys that got in on this deal might want to look at your credit card charges really close.....I hope it works out for you, but I smell something like bad sushi

This deal was done and dead within 5 minutes, you are about 9 hours late. My charges are still showing up as what my invoices say.
 
i went into overstock went into my account shows on order is like 1180 or something like that is approved and is in process of shipping or something like that . So it shows approved at 11.80 anyways if you do get charge more just disput the charges. some people said their are getting cancell orders but we will see. Maybe Overstock desided to take the hit instead of pissing off all the people who got in on the deal. Sony should learn something from this if that is what they are doing.

Everything is fine on mine. They won't be able to charge me more than $10 on the card, I gave them.

Seems like this would be an awfully big hit for them, but who knows? I'm kind of surprised I don't have a cancellation e-mail myself, yet. I wonder just how many orders they got slammed with last night? :)
