More than likely scorch your problem is whats plaguing everyone else right now. Imagine a doorway to a house, now imagine a doorway that 100,000 people are all trying to get in at the same time. Wait, are you having problems downloading it or problems playing? I'm having problems downloading it, telling me it can't download the demo right now, pretty much theres too many people and the server is getting overloaded.
EDIT: Or it could be me being retarded, i didn't have enough freespace on my HD......wow just wow. Scorch try deleting some of your old demos that helped me with the freezing problem.
No no, you misunderstood. It's locking up while I play. I literally took two steps forward and hit the attack button and it froze. What it does is the game locks up but the audio keeps going. The audio stops after five to ten seconds and everything is froze. This happens on Dead Rising (demo), Lost Planet (demo), Full Auto (Demo and full game), Table Tennis (demo and full game) and Far Cry (full game). It's weird. Going by the track record, the retail version of Dead Rising will do it, too.
It's not my hard drive.. I took my HD off and put it in 3 other 360's and the demos worked. It's not my system since it's not giving me the red lights. All my other games work 100%. XBLA games work 100%.
I called 18004MYXBOX this morning. I registered my system (big mistake since I could've gotten a warranty, oh well) and the lady was apparently having a case of the Mondays because she put "hotmale" instead of "hotmail" then spent 2 or 3 minutes laughing her ass off about it. Really cool lady.
Anyway, you know how I know i'm

ed? After calling two reps, they both said the same thing: "Wow, I've never heard of that before". Great. The guy in the chat over the internet even went so far as to say "
You're just lucky".
So not only am I going to be unable to play a game I preordered in full, they don't know what the

is wrong with my system and they want me to pay $129.99 (the same price for a brand new PS2, mind you...) and send it off to them. Nevermind the fact that my console isn't broken and getting the red lights, nevermind the fact that they have no clue what's wrong, they still want to charge me $129.99 for it.
Is it a heating issue? I doubt it but I may go buy the intercooler today. Far Cry had a weird lockup. Whereas the other games just froze at whatever was currently happening, Far Cry actually split the screen in half and one side had the graphics stretched to the extreme.
